Great customer service that responds quickly. They provide thorough explanations and personalized videos walking you through any issues.

I've been using OwnerRez for several years, and it has been great to have my central calendar, pricing, and listing info all in one place for multiple rentals. It's taken my direct bookings to the next level as I also host my own websites through OwnerRez. The process for guests to book online is easy and secure. While I needed some help with the initial tech set up, once it's up and running it is easy to use, and if I have a question then the US based OR team is quick to help. Access to property damage protection & travel insurance policies is a key feature, as well as authorization to collect contracts and deposits from Airbnb guests, and access to the most strict cancellation policies on Airbnb. OwnerRez has a great team of dedicated folks ready to help, whether you have one rental, or dozens. It pays for itself as I add a nominal up-charge to the property damage policies which covers the monthly cost of both OR and hosting my direct booking websites.

Their software is so customizable you can make it do anything. Their customer service is how future customer service will be conducted. They are way ahead of their time in everything.

I have been an Information Technology (IT) Director for most of my professional career, working across a wide array of enterprise and operational systems in multiple environments. Part of that experience includes time spent at a world-class, five-star resort in Florida, where customer service is exceptional across every component of the organization That combination of broad technical leadership and high service hospitality has given me a very high standard for both technology platforms and the teams that support them.

Since initially working with OwnerRez, I have been very impressed. From an IT professional’s perspective, the consistently designed user interface makes the system almost self-explanatory. Workflows are logical, intuitive, and cohesive, allowing users to become productive quickly without sacrificing depth or control.

By leveraging OwnerRez's built-in automation and artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities, I successfully implemented the system for a single property in less than a month. For a platform of this scope and flexibility, that timeline is exceptional.

Equally, if not more important, are the people behind the software. Every support request I have submitted has received timely responses, and the support team has consistently been knowledgeable, helpful, provided options, and genuinely pleasant to work with. That level of reliability and professionalism is critical during both implementation and ongoing operations, when my focus must be on guests, not on administrative functions.

Overall, the consistency in everything OwnerRez does clearly stands out. From system design to customer support, OwnerRez delivers a level of reliability, polish, and customer focus that is rare in almost any industry.

I can’t really compare OwnerRez’s features to other property management systems because this is the only platform I’ve used – but I did a lot of research before choosing it, and the deciding factor for me was the level of support on offer.

A PMS has so many levers and settings that you’re always going to need guidance, and the support from Rex and his team has been genuinely exceptional. In the vast majority of cases they get back to me within 24 working hours with clear, practical answers that actually solve the problem, not just generic help articles.

I’m only a single-property customer – effectively the lowest priority in commercial terms – yet I’ve always been treated as if my business really matters. Managing a house in Antigua while living in the UK brings plenty of complications, especially as most of OwnerRez’s customers are US-based, but the team has consistently helped me navigate everything.

For my needs, the platform does everything I require right now – and the outstanding support gives me real confidence for the future.

My experience with Owner Rez was wonderful! The onboarding process takes a while to learn, Jen walked me through everything step by step and answered all my questions and made sure I understood how to use all the features confidently. After onboarding it is great knowing that they have continued support if I have questions. Overall it is a solid product and a great experience!

OwnerRez is an incredibly comprehensive property management system. Because of this, you're not going to master it in one day, but nothing good can be mastered immediately. Once you are proficient, you can do virtually everything needed. It is quite malleable. Of equal important, is the customer support, which is outstanding. I've had nothing but good experiences when reaching out, and replies are surprisingly prompt. I'm an OwnerRez user for the long-haul!

Ownerrez is the most versatile and customizable booking platform on the market hands down. They're also constantly updating things, are always fast at responding to our questions or issues, & they have dozens of incredible partnership opportunities to suit your needs. We have over 110 Furnished Monthly Beach Rentals in Los Angeles and Ownerrez is able to handle them all with ease. We will never use another service.

So many features to this platform. Easy to learn, but if you do need support, it's there. I just had an unusual, multi-step issue come up, and Mike, on the support team, made me a personal video showing me how to resolve my problem. So smooth, and I learned a lot from the video. 5+ years OR user hear, doing property management for 13 units integrated to Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO, GVR and a few other channels. Once you find your way around, there is nothing you cannot automate. We are using free widgets (search, calendar, reviews) on our popular website for direct bookings. Their servers are so fast. Different processors can be mapped to different units. Email/SMS/Channel templates and triggers are fully customizable with custom codes. When a booking comes, it collects the down payment, schedules other payments, generates the door code, sends the rental contract for e-sign, communicates with the guests using email/text. Owner statements, adjusting the commissions are a breeze. We used 3 other PMS in the past (still using 2 for our own reasons) and OR beats them all in functionality.

It does 90% of our job automatically

OwnerRez's customer service is outstanding! For starters, I paid to have them set up my 3 properties, and it was money VERY well spent. They then trained me on what they had set up so I was familiar enough to get started. Any time I have had a question, they have been very responsive, so their communication alone makes them stand out. I've been very happy with the product so far, though I admit I still have A LOT to learn about it!

The support with ORez is amazing. The product is so thorough-literally anything you can think of, this can do. I am also excited to get our VRBO business back! It was lost when we worked with another PMS.
