Paid £299.14 but
Paid £299.14 but, they deny this. After paying they still kept emailing me offering travel insurance. When I said I'd taken out insurance with them they said not since 2023. I have a screenshot of my order and payment and I have given the details to my bank. I have already sent a copy of my receipt to paying to much and I have just sent them another one. The policy number is IM4115244942 Now they are saying that the policy number is from InsurerMe4 who I've never heard of. They are unbelievably dishonest.

Poor claim response
All the correct documentation was submitted and after several weeks ( 10 plus ) I received a "settlement"
The claim was incorrectly assessed and I complained by return on 4/12/2025
2 months later and I have still had no response to my complaint or offer to re assess correctly !

Last year I paid £666 for a multi trip…
Last year I paid £666 for a multi trip (annual cover). Visiting Canada USA and cruise cover . Yesterday I was quoted £1800 for the same cover . Nothing has changed with my medical history (only 1year older) the only thing that has changed is my address.

Told them everything they needed to know,Out of the blue got a letter from my gp,To check up on slipped disc situation,Rang paying too much,to inform them it was just a check up,Customer service really bad,Treated very badly,Would not ever use again.

Even one star is too much
Even one star is too much. I found dealing with the customer services appalling. It took months before my claims were finally paid. As for answering of emails it leaves a lot to be desired. Emails ignored. When I phoned to see what was happening with my claims they say ‘oh this hasn’t been done, you haven’t sent us this’. Why the hell can’t they tell me this to save me waiting for replies. Never again will I insure with this company. Same goes for their people who help with the claims ‘Ergo’. I was shoved from pillar to post. Giving me two different emails to reply too. I ended up paying for the claim myself because it was taking so long.

My elderly mother got travel insurance…
After having a few problems within 24 hours it got resolved, my mum spoke to a lady called Crystal and what a difference, excellent communication skills and showed a lot of empathy, thank you so much Crystal it meant a lot to her

surprise surprise...
I have annual policy for travel insurance with my pre-exsisting medical condition declared. however I suffered with kidney stones whilst abroad which I had never had before and you guessed it right, I'm still waiting for a payment back !
my holiday was the end of August 25, they acknowledged and escalated back at the beginning of December. I am still waiting 4th week of January so I would suggest using another insurance company. the quote may look appealing but once you require claiming you will get told different excuses. of course you will it is insurance after all

Michelle if you are the Office Manager I spoke to you for nearly an hour to find whether Costa Rica was considered to be Caribbean which you would NOT answer
For a further 2 weeks I sent emails to various of your colleagues but received NO confirmation as to whether the country was Caribbean or not in fact they did not seem to know where the country actually was so I sent a copy of an atlas map ..still no sensible answer
I wrote to a director of Staysure who own your company..no response to my letter
Finally I emailed your Complaints Manager and received a positive response (thank you )
Pity I binned all replies I received from your company to add to the above as all most unprofessional
I would dread to put a claim in for anything from Payingtoomuch

Having spent a part of my remaining life filling in all the questions from a site that promised cover for medical conditions, to be then given the reply that there were no suppliers who could cover me - that is why I gave the review that I did.

This travel insurance was really good it covered my holiday to Canada and it was cheap enough. The website is easy to use and i had my insurance all paid within 5mins. I am going to go with this company everytime i go on holiday now!

I have asked on 4 occassions for my policy documents to be posted to me as I go on holiday in one week and have still not received them despite being assured that they would be posted immediately - still no sign of them

Very efficient
So far my small claim taken 10 weeks
I put in a small claim several weeks ago and dispite being told would take 2 weeks nothing for 8 weeks l called again 2 weeks ago and was told it had been given priority and again nothing, annoyingly it was only for a deposit refund as had to cancel for medical reasons l paid £86 for the cover my claim totalled less than £300 less £100 excess meaning a cost to this company of around £110!
I am still waiting this really unacceptable so glad it wasn't the full amount of my holiday.
