Disappointment

Alas, a company is only as good as the local agents they utilise. I purchased flowers with a cake from them only for them to be delivered late with the cake having been dropped and therefore ruined. A total failure... would not recommend under any circumstances.

As a first-time customer of…

As a first-time customer of PhilFlorist, I decided to take a chance on using their service to send a Valentine's gift to my lady in Cabuyao City from America. I found their website to be easy to use, with prices displayed in both pesos and US dollars, and I appreciated the wide variety of products available. I placed an order for 12 dozen roses, a bag of Toblerone candy, and a Tiramisu Meltdown chocolate cake. When I contacted the customer service team to inquire about the status of my delivery on the day of, they promptly responded, asked for my order number, and assured me that the delivery would be made that day despite the 12-hour time difference. I woke up to excited photos from my lady of the high-quality flowers and cake, and I was impressed by the long distance PhilFlorist had to travel from Makati Manila to Cabuyao City for the delivery. Overall, my lady and I are very satisfied with the excellent service and products provided by PhilFlorist, and despite initial concerns from other reviews, I can confidently say that this company is not a scam. Thank you.

One experience makes me a permanent ex-customer

I had two great experiences with them in the past, but the third was awful and I can't recommend this company any longer.

I had ordered flowers to be delivered to my fiancé's place of work which were supposed to arrive on Feb 13 or Feb 14, so they had a two day window to deliver to her place of work. They have delivered there before without an issue.

I began trying to call them on Feb 14 at 4pm to find out why the the flowers had not been delivered yet. Every phone number on their website and email was met with "can not complete the call as dialed", and this was calling from multiple phones to multiple numbers. I sent an email asking what was going on.

At 9pm my fiancé received a call explaining that there was a problem with the previous delivery person or company and that's why they were late. By this time my fiancé had already been disappointed to not have received flowers, but I had to explain to her that I placed an order and have no idea what happened to it. So the surprise was ruined.

I received a response to my mail the next day (Feb 15, today) from their customer service saying that it had been delivered, so there should be no problem. I responded that they were unreachable to find out what was going on, that the flowers were not delivered to the address given during business hours, and that it kind of ruined her day. I wanted a refund.

Next thing I know the delivery person calls my fiancé asking why a refund was requested. She didn't request the refund, the sender (me) did.

So I send another mail explaining that they should contact me instead. Apparently they don't have a problem with screwing things up like they did, because they didn't contact me or try to make it right, and sent this email instead:

"Dear Sir,
Thank you for your email. Please be advised, we are unable to comply with your request for refund, even though late, the recipient did agree to accept the delivery & informed the delivery rider where to deliver, & it was delivered accordingly, there was no issue with flowers quality as well, hence it’s not possible to refund any payment. Thank you for your kind understanding.

Please feel free to inform us if you need any further assistance. We will be more than happy to assist you.

Thank you for choosing PhilFlorist.Com

Very Truly Yours,

PhilFlorist Customer Service"
