Pay attention!! They do not deliver the parcel and they do not refund me!
I placed an order of approximately €250 (plus about €50 in shipping costs) at the beginning of December, and it never arrived, despite the fact that I had provided a delivery address that is open all day, every day.
After about a month and a half, I requested that my order be cancelled, and Privateceller authorized the cancellation, informing me that I would be refunded.
To date, I have not received any refund, even though around 10 days ago a refund for the merchandise (excluding shipping costs) was approved.
I find it unbelievable that after two months I have still not been reimbursed and that I am expected to pay the shipping costs, despite the fact that the failure to deliver is entirely the responsibility of the courier (GLS) chosen by them.
This situation is unacceptable — this is amateurish behavior and shows a complete lack of professionalism.
