I was scared when the parcel was sent…

I was scared when the parcel was sent to Paack delivery service, because it is not a service, It is a disaster. It is a shame you work with them. Of course they sent my parcel back after a rude call from the carrier. Only one attempt to deliver, and that´s it.

Good buying experience. Dreadful delivery

Second time, in my last 2 orders, incidence with the carrier chosen, Correos Express.

No way to contact them.
So sorry, as an ancient customer, but no further orders unless you change your delivery company.

Never received my order

Never received my order they just refunded money back.
Probably didn't like amount of money they get.
Prices changes however they want. The more times you open and put some products in cart the higher is price every time.
So played their scammers game and ordered from another account and another phone and got better deal. Order was never received. Bullshit! They act like they are the only ones selling these things on internet and that you can't find those products somewhere else. One more regular costumer lost.
Don't recommend, skip these types of websites.

Ignoring customers wishes

We told you that we are closed from Nov.23rd to 7th of Dec. and during this time you should NOT deliver- instead either before Nov 23rd or after Dec 7th.. You delivered at Nov 25th... So you dont care for your customers, you do not like them obviously and do not want to make Business.. Its okay for me, I will order next time not from your shop

Ordered Omega 3, not received after 22 days
The frustration comes when discovered that the product has not left your shop yet and I cannot ask the refund cause the order is not on “process” status

Do not order here

Do not order here. I ordered over a week ago when it was advertised as being delivered at latest today. Their website still says package was in Spain on 31.10?!!! 6x bottles of vitamins for over 200€?!!
No status updates from them. Do not use this company - they must be a scam. Will contact consumer agency here in Germany and file a scam complained

A disaster

A disaster. I ordered two articles, one of them wasn't what I bought. Instead of returning the wrong one and sending the article I asked for, they refund the money, so if I order it again, I lose the offer I got and I have to pay for the shipping costs. Never again.

Everything went well except the postage…

Everything went well except the postage charges of over 20 euros to Spain address is excessive. We are awaiting delivery.

in general good experience

in general good experience. fast delivery with dhl.
i have some issue with quantity and price . i bought amix donkey zero donuts . they wrote 20 pieces per box , but fot the thruth it was 15 pieces per the box. i sent some emails and they gave me the difference back . all was fast, thank you

The order was late

The order was late, I asked for an estimation of the delivery date, no answer, I finally got the order more than 10 days late. Chat with PromoFarma was useless, no follow up given. I won't but from here any more.
