Their set up fee is reasonable, on boarding is efficient and effective, they over delivered the lead generation and executed my roundtables to perfection. I have a long sales cycle in the franchise world, the quality of leads will lead to serveral closed deals. Their support throughout my process is outstanding.

I really like the concept behind QCL and the Executive Round Table model. I joined because I saw it as a smart way to supplement my existing business development efforts and build a longer-term sales funnel. The people assigned to support me are solid, responsive, and clearly work hard. On average, I have about six people attending each roundtable, which shows there is real value and momentum in the platform.
One challenge I have encountered is around advisory support and feedback. I come from a sales background and typically have a strong close rate in my traditional business development efforts. That said, I have not yet seen the same results through QCL. Some of this is likely on me, and I am actively adjusting my messaging and targeting. The team is open to the changes I suggest, but I was hoping for more proactive, collaborative input and guidance from the QCL side to help validate whether my adjustments are the right ones.
Another dynamic I have noticed is that many attendees are consultants like myself who are interested in partnership opportunities, rather than my ideal buyer. I have also had a few executives from larger organizations attend, and while nothing immediate has come from those conversations, there is potential for future opportunities. I follow up promptly and consistently, but without coaching or strategic feedback from QCL, it is difficult to know if I am optimizing the process or missing key levers.
I do attend the weekly support calls when possible, which are helpful for hearing wins and challenges from others. I also explored getting a one-on-one session with Jeff, but that comes with an additional cost. Personally, I would have loved to see a built-in one-on-one advisory session after a few iterations of running roundtables, rather than having to fully self-diagnose what is and is not working.
To compensate, I have shared my approach, dialogue, and offering with a few trusted colleagues outside of QCL for transparent feedback, and that has been helpful. I am also launching a new tool in early 2026, and the feedback I have received so far will help sharpen my offering.
Overall, I genuinely believe in the concept, and I think the team is committed and capable. My experience has felt more self-guided than I expected. At times, it feels like I am an unguided missile making adjustments on my own. With a bit more structured coaching or advisory input, I believe the results could be meaningfully stronger.
My project manager Maria is terrific. She is kind and supportive as is my lead generator, Mariel. They are there for me. Also, I get a lot out of the included sales support calls that Jeff leads. They have sent me many leads to talk to in my round tables. I have not closed sales, but that part is my job.
I've been with QCL over a year and upgraded early on to their Closers Club, which was a great investment. QCL is a great thought leadership system to get people into executive roundtables.
Jeff has very specific ways to run the roundtables and is there for weekly calls to help and support his clients. As I've said to him many times, he's a savant in this arena.
I've been in sales for over 30 years, but this has been a very different way for me to sell, so it took me several months to get the right "script" and learn how to create a shift for participants such that they'd want to have a follow up strategy session with me. Once in the strategy session things begin to get a bit easier as the relationship with the prospect gets deeper.
I did have a couple of project managers early on who I had to give a lot of guidance to as they are the ones reaching out as me over LinkedIn. The first two just didn't write like me, but they were extremely coachable. My current PM is fantastic and we've become a great team. She is very responsive and always asks for my guidance in advance if she's unsure about anything. I love this.
I'd also suggest to anyone becoming a client to consider the extra money for Closers Club. It's a small, intimate group with a ton of one-one work with Jeff and the other participants.
As a CEO who is perpetually pitched over email and LI and almost never takes a call, this system is a fantastic way to get people in a room that I'd never be able to get on the phone.
I highly recommend QCL and Jeff and Lisa Levin. They are wonderful!

Working in consulting, QCL Leads has been far an investment and not a cost. This is not what you consider the lead industry to be - I as the individual and the company has to put the work in to and I love that. QCL does not promise easy leads or quick money, it is a relationship that you also work on your own pitch, message, and edge. I was incredibly skeptical and I let them know that before engaging but just in the time I have working with them, I am kicking myself I did not find out about them sooner.

My experience with QCL over the course of nearly one full year was one of the worst professional engagements I have had with any organization. As the CEO of a company that operates in high-risk environments every day, I rely on truth, consistency, accountability, and real results. QCL delivered none of these.
From the very beginning, QCL failed to understand who my company is, what we actually do, or the unique value we bring to an industry we have been transforming step by step. Despite multiple meetings, countless emails, and full access to an entire marketing folder of resources, QCL never learned my company’s unique selling proposition. After six months, even my advisory board was stunned that QCL still could not articulate what makes HCCI Protection different.
QCL promised to get me in front of “hard to reach corporate and business leaders.” That never happened. QCL promised “20 top end leads in 90 days.” After almost a year, they did not produce even one legitimate, revenue-generating lead. The single conversation they did manage to schedule was almost lost because of QCL’s unprofessional and negligent follow up, leaving the contact waiting for months. Every other “lead” QCL claimed was nothing but a filler meeting with someone who had no interest in services, no intention of pursuing business, and in many cases was not even in the correct market. QCL repeatedly targeted the wrong people with the wrong message.
Worse, QCL ignored message after message on Sales Navigator, leaving outreach unanswered for weeks or months while firing off new messages to random contacts. This resulted in real harm to my company’s reputation. One contact even called it a red flag and questioned whether our lack of response was incompetence or an indicator of what they could expect from us if they hired us.
Then came the most unacceptable action: QCL created a fake executive-level LinkedIn profile claiming to represent my company without ever telling me or seeking approval. This is dishonest, unethical, and dangerous. They then wanted me to respond to a contact using that false profile, sidestepping responsibility for their own mishandling of communications. That alone should be enough for anyone to think twice before trusting this organization.
Throughout all of this, QCL showed no accountability. Emails were ignored. Concerns were dismissed. Promises were not met. Follow up was nonexistent. The service agreement clearly states that clients receive direct one-on-one time with Jeff. Not once did Jeff meet with me, respond to a single email, or take interest in the issues I raised. Yet today, after a year of silence, he sends me promotional marketing for his new book asking whether I want a free copy.
Meanwhile, I invested roughly $5,000 including their service fee and Sales Navigator costs for a complete loss. Not a single meaningful lead, no performance, no return, no resolution, and no acknowledgment of their failures. QCL claims “Quality” and “Consistency” in its name, yet my experience with them showed neither.
QCL made excuses, passed blame, avoided responsibility, and repeatedly failed to deliver even the minimum expected of a professional marketing organization. The level of negligence, misrepresentation, and indifference I encountered is far beyond simple error. It reflects a company that either cannot or will not fulfill its commitments.
If QCL was available on legitimate review platforms, I would publish an extensive, detailed review outlining every instance of their failures. Since they are not, this is the only place I can state clearly and truthfully: my experience with QCL was deeply negative, unproductive, and costly. I would never recommend this company to anyone seeking real results, professionalism, or integrity.

Jeff, nothing in your response reflects honesty or integrity. Your own paperwork shows one on one calls with you were included. QCL never understood my company, our value, or how we were different, even six months in when my advisors confronted your team about it. You knew from day one that my business only served Colorado, yet your guidance to expand into other regions produced nothing at all. I followed the majority of recommendations from QCL. Your claim of 35 meetings and 15 appointments is false; Calendly proves only seven existed in total. You ignored every email proving inflated reporting, fake numbers, and repeated failures. You denied creating a fake LinkedIn profile, yet I have black and white proof your team made it and never disclosed it. You ignored my documented concerns for months while odd shore staff members repeatedly changed on your side, adding to the instability. You responded here because it is public.

I've had a great experience with QCL. I should note that it took a while for me to see results, and took some messaging refinement, but I found that to mostly be due to changes/confusion on my end, not theirs. I would absolutely recommend their service for cold outreach, and have found that it has grown my LinkedIn presence and improved my understanding of a cold sales system, which was zero before starting my business. I'd recommend getting started with QCL once you are very clear on your ICP and offer, although they will absolutely help you with this.

They do what they say they do. They deliver high quality leads, cover all the outreach and help facilitate your meetings with leads. They also provide comprehensive sales training, support and a platform for capturing and tagging leads. If you take advantage of all the available tools, and you don't let your fear or shame around selling get in your way, you will close deals.
If you are not clear on your offer, or proposal etc. they provide feedback. Your job is to follow the process and get feedback and support when the process is not working for you, which does take time and dedication.

This December 2025 marks 3 years of working with QCL (Quality Consistent Leads). Jeff and Lisa Levin are like business partners to me.
They have consistently created 10-12 leads per month.
They currently run two campaigns for me. Campaign 1 is inviting people to attend a free masterclass. Campaign 2 is where they set appointments for me.
Most people ask me, are the leads high quality; Yes. There is still the normal 10-15% drop or no show rate. But that is not QLC's fault. When I do my own outreach on LinkedIn) I get the same drop-off or no show rates. That's just part of sales.
With the set-up fee and their commission, I find all that very reasonable when compared to other companies doing the same thing.
That's why I am still with them for 3 years.
What I had to learn, was how to lead nurture and close the sale. Jeff and Lisa were very patient with me as I went through that learning curve.

Where do I even begin? I Was referred to QCL by a colleague of mine. I trust this person wholeheartedly.
