If account for the same email is created after order was done, then it's impossible to see order, and getting its status is then quite hard.

We totally get that competitive gamers prefer wired connections, but just so you know, having WiFi on the motherboard won’t affect performance when using an Ethernet cable. It’s just a nice extra for those who need a bit more flexibility.
The WiFi version is only €10 more in most cases, and it’s especially useful for connecting controllers or other wireless devices. You can’t have a motherboard with only Bluetooth—WiFi and Bluetooth tend to come together.
All our motherboards come with at least a 2.5GB Ethernet port, so wired connections are solid. More options are always good, but we know everyone’s got their own preferences.

I recently bought a pc unit from Redux Gaming and it was one of the best experiences that I had with pc companies. Not only they deliver on time they also were extremely helpful and by their work you can tell how much pride they put in their craft. Also they managed to build a great community around their business which is also a big plus.

Redux Gaming - Avoid
Bought a PC back in 2021 July. Promised to deliver the next day but were unable to deliver.
Skip ahead 2.8 years later, within their warranty period. --My 3080TI dies during gaming. I contact them for the warranty, but love and behold they declared bankruptcy 30-5-2023, but continued at the same place with the same name. Just the little details: 'Any warranty before this period is now voided'.
So, I went to the producer of the card, but figured out that in 2021 Redux deliverd a card to me without a serial number attached to it. So the factory voided any warranty. Redux did f*k all to support in this.
Contact is almost impossible. They use an AI to respond to e-mails and their phonenumber refers back to their e-mail. Their option to make a phone meeting through some app doesn't work either.
A friend of mine recently bought a PC there, however, they were not able to deliver within their own deadline. Far from it. My friend cancelled the order and they were VERY slow to return the money. After some time he had to drive to their office in Susteren to physically retrieve his money.
TLDR: Run away from this company. They scammed me out of warranty, no serial number on graphics card and have very bad communications.
