Amazing board, really love it!

The board works like a charm, the range is a little iffy but im also a big dude so that is my bad for not buying a longer range, but my remote’s charging port broke within 4 months of use, i tried contacting their support over and over again to have it resolved and got no response. I eventually caved and ordered a new remote, hoping they would refund me the cost and send it anyway since the remote they sent me with my board is broken (i havent dropped it at all, it does have some scratches but thats from keeping it in my bag) but now that i ordered a New remote they havent sent me a single email other than the order confirmed on the New remote, no tracking for the order, i dont even know if theyve sent it out yet, and the issue with my first remote is still unresolved and has not been responded to at all.

(If someone at roadsurfing reads this, my email used for writing this is the same as my order email)

Otder placed 29.3. The only confirmation we have is the order confirmation - no shipping info no nothing. Here i just found oit the company is in concurse so i dont think we will ever see the items or money.

I bought cloud wheels and i equiped them on my board and 2 SCREWS BROKE ON 1 WHEEL

What a nice ride! it's my first El-board and i haven't been riding board since my youth. But this is all good and the flowing feeling of the board with a bit chilled music in ears this is a ride down memory-lane and into the new era/generation of boarding.
On top of that the experience with RoadSurfing.DK have been perfect. Thanks guys!

Board itself is flawless and works grenar. I bought it for my girlfriend and purposely bought it to fit ger sizewise(easy to carry). I would've given a 5 star dating if not for the fact that My grip-tape was put on poorly, which means I will have to buy a new one quite soon.

Got a battery from them that broke after some time, the support team gave me a new battery with free shipping to Norway, best support I have ever encountered from a company : ) The support team was friendly and gave me a reply on my emails fast. Keep up the good work!

RoadSurfing = 5/5 all day.
I’m SUPER happy with my board. Fast, responsive, smooth, strong, etc. All the things you’d want in a regular long board, plus the excitement of it being electric.
I have put on SO many kms in my first month because it is seriously so fun! Highly recommend.
