No responsibility for defects

I received shoes with manufacturing defects like protruding threads, light spots on the material and glue sticking out. After filing a complaint, they replied that the shoe manufacturer is responsible for these defects, not the store, and that it’s a mass production, so the shoes doesn’t have to be well made. The store doesn’t want to take any responsibility for a damaged product.

Dziękujemy za opinię. Tak, jak pisalismy w mailu oraz mówiliśmy w rozmowie telefonicznej buty mogą zostać odesłane, wiec stwierdzenie o braku chęci poniesienia odpowiedzialności jest nieprawdziwe. Buty są wykonane z zamszu szorstkiego, który charakteryzuje się niejednolitością i ,,wystającymi nitkami”.
