Excellent service
I recently purchased a bed set with accessories from Sengeverden.dk. The overall experience has been positive.
Had to follow up on the delivery a few times, but once it arrived, everything was in good condition. To my surprise, the delivery team not only brought the items inside but also assembled them and took away the packaging – even though I had only paid for curbside delivery. When I flagged this to customer service, they were very transparent, professional, and reassuring, letting me know it was simply a system error and that I would not be charged extra. I really appreciated their honesty and the fact that they valued my transparency in return.
The products themselves look and feel great, though I’ll need more time to fully evaluate comfort and durability. So far, they meet expectations except the top mattress (the firmness was below expectation)
Overall, I’m very happy with both the service and communication. Special thanks to the support team (Ann-Sofie, Catharina, and Anne) for being so responsive and kind throughout.
Lastly, I really need to appreciate their transport partner, Step Transport, for their excellent assistance with delivery and assembly. Highly recommend!

I had really good experience with the whole process and when the bed arrived I was very pleased to find extra pillow. I orderd a bed last month and then I didn't notice when I orded that they were included as a gift, so I was very happy as the two pillows are supportning my neck better than ever before. So thank you very much for that indeed. I have talked with the costumer service team several times and they have been kind every time. I dont speak or read danish very well, and I had some problems understadning the delivery process, and needed help to upgrade from curbside to inside delivery and the woman om the chat was very quick to help me out. I think her name was Mya or something. All in all it all seems quit professinal and I have recomended my girlfrends this website if they also become in the need of a new bed in the future. The bed is lovely and the comfort and support is just what I needed + it is pretty.

Terrible service and illegal actions
Terrible service. Not possible to reach anyone via phone line (I’ve tried several days), respond on chat after 2 days. Delivery instead 1-3 weeks became over a month without any information about the delay. They pooled the payment from my account 2 weeks achead off the delivery what is not legally compliant! No tracking number for the shipment.
Be aware of their return policy! 222 days sound good but…. They request original bed packing to be in place…. Du er selv forpligtet til at få sengen retur til vores lager i Hvidovre. For at få fuld refundering af dit køb, skal sengen returneres med original emballage og tilmed være i pæn stand. Det er kun muligt at returnere hele sengen.

Love our new bed
Love our new bed! We wanted a king size bed that was both affordable and good quality. I have scoliosis and sciatica and honestly have been sleeping amazing since we got out bed from Sengeverden! We got a king size bed with the Deluxe top mattress. Delivery was within the three week time frame I was given. We paid for assembly as well and the guys were wonderful. I also had to contact customer service regarding a question I had and they have been very professional and overall lovely. I would definitely recommend based on my experience. ☺️☺️✨
