I bought a minimizer bra, it took long time before arriving because it comes from China. I don't like the bra is very uncomfortable and it doesn't minimize my breast, I would not recommend it, the advertising is made well so I fell for it but it's not a good product unfortunately. Waste of money
After filing a complaint, I accepted the offered 30% discount because the return shipping costs, which I would have to cover myself, exceed the value of the goods. This discount was confirmed to me in writing. Unfortunately, I have now been waiting in vain for several weeks for the refund. Response times are getting longer and the standard replies I receive do not address my specific concern. As a customer, you do not feel taken seriously here. For me, this is not customer-oriented service, but simply a lack of reliability. I will not order here again and cannot recommend this shop.
