Terrible experience. Ordered in December, emailed after weeks of nothing even though said shipping within 10-15 days. Got an automated response. Waited another couple weeks and emailed again, got the same automated response. Terrible. They’ll absolutely take your money and whether they are legit or not they’re continuing to advertise and drive sales while clearly not being able to fulfill their commitments.
Easy and convenient communication and exchange process
Ordered 3 items one didn't fit. When I reached out they were quick to respond and exchanged the item with proper size.
I find the quality of the items I bought to be very good. And, they facilitated a replacement very quickly for an item that didn't fit.
Be advised you will need to order a smaller size. It also took a while for me to receive the item.
I purchased 2 bras from here and ordered based on their sizing chart and recommended measurement methods. The bras were way too big. The same day I received and tried them on, I sent them an email to request a return. No answer. I’ve sent them a total of 4 emails over the last 2 weeks and have not received a single response. Their chat is disabled so you can’t chat with customer service and they do not have a phone number.

After ordering the incorrect size I reached put to their customer service team and they promptly addressed the issue. Excellent customer service.
When I received the bras they are super soft and comfortable. Very natural breast shape, no padding.

I went a little crazy and ordered three bras for my first order. Three different styles as well. Sadly, only one of them fit properly and it was sized S/M/L. The bras with actual cup sizes didn’t fit, but I don’t think it was the product. I think it’s my body because I’m in between sizes. And also can wear different sizes depending on the brand. I emailed shecurve regarding a refund and a return of the two products that didn’t fit and they offered to send me a product at no charge instead of me having to mail the products back to them at my expense. Plus a $10 voucher on my next order! Communication with them was very easy!

At 72 years old, I’ve tried just about every bra brand on the market. I can honestly say these are the most comfortable and best-looking bras I’ve ever owned. The fit is absolutely perfect. Thank you for finally getting it right!

I have purchased several items from SheCurve and have been pleased with all of them. The sizing is usually spot on as long as you use there sizing guides. I recently ordered a bra and it did not fit when it arrived. I reached out and was very pleased with the customer service I received. The responses were fast and they offered a solution I was very happy with.

I ordered a Large based on size chart. It was way too big. Then received a Medium, free of charge. Without adjustable straps it is still too large and there is spillage at my cleavage. Very comfortable bra but I can’t seem to get a good fit.

I placed an order for the first time on Jan. 4. 2026 with She Curve. 7 emails to customer service and now 1 MONTH and 7 days later, my item still isn’t even in my state. It finally shows in the region now, but I’ve lost faith that it will actually arrive at all.
From customer service emails met with replies with wrong tracking information or just plain wrong information in general, “your item is out for delivery!”
The remedy I was offered if/when my item actually arrives is to ship it back to them (on my dime) and get a 20% coupon for my next purchase.
I didn’t expect “Amazon delivery speed,” but I also didn’t expect 41 days and counting and a whole lot of run around about a credit or an item in hand, either!!

I have to agree with the reviewer that was upset about the return policy that does NOT cover return shipping to China - which is regularly over $50 for the smallest of items. That said, I accepted a voucher for half since I am keeping the items and working to lose weight to fit. I would recommend expanding the policy that when the item doesn’t fit and there is NO larger size to exchange for that you be allowed to exchange for ANY other item even if it is not on the original order.

I recently lost over 80 lbs and couldn’t find bras in stores that I liked. After seeing these all over I thought I’d check it out at was not one bit disappointed! I ordered XL although I was on the edge of L…although on the last clip, the fit was PERFECT. The ship every bra with extenders so I might have sized down. I saw some complaints about customer Service… But I had an amazing experience. Even though I I ordered.XL, I was shipped two bras (my double pack) in size 2XL. I reached out to the customer service email number and within 24 hours they had a solution in which they were going to re-ship in the correct size and provided me with a courtesy coupon for my next purchase. They told me I didn’t need to send back the ones that were too big so I was able to donate them to a women shelter in my area. I think I found my new place to buy bras.!!!!

Just received my order. Just love love love these bras. Got the plus size lace mesh full coverage and it is gorgeous and fits so well. The deep V wireless Lift Bralette is also really nice and super comfy, but a little bit too large around the band. Spoke with customer service and they replied very quickly and rectified the situation. Super happy with the customer service and the bras are beautiful.
