Hi! I'm sorry for your experience, but looks like your account was banned for a reason. You can get more details about the reason from our tech support and relevant countries criminal code. When I checked the validity of suspension of your account I found 700 (!) more accounts with a similar pattern. They were suspended as well

The booking was allocated to someone…
The booking was allocated to someone who was serving far from my location.
It was then allocated to somebody nearby and this who process took additional 1 hr.
I had booked for my mother who is a diabetic patient and it caused inconvenience due to this.
I would request the back end team to allocate booking according to the location.
