They are lovely products and the company does ship swiftly. The reason for the lower rating is because I was disappointed to discover that on my last order the free presentation case was removed from my order. Apparently I was 80 cents short on the minimum spend. No where did it say that you had to spend €80, which I only discovered having raised a query with the company. What’s more I had only placed my first order two weeks previous which came to €244.60. So now I am left feeling a little underwhelmed rather than overjoyed with the beautiful bracelets received. 😔

Regarding the gift box, your order was placed during our special promotion: a free jewellery box offered for purchases over €80. Our website processes all orders automatically, and the complimentary box is added to the cart as soon as the threshold is met.
As this system is managed by software rather than a person, it doesn’t take into account previous purchase history or the lovely interactions we may have had with our customers — something we would certainly value if it did.

My mum offered me a bracelet Simone a Bordeaux. After wearing it a couple of times only, the paint started to go away. We managed to have it exchange but unfortuantely, the same is happening ot the new one. Beautiful bracelets but very poor quality
