No Package. No Info. No Refund.
Hello hello, this store is trash. They neither give you any information about your parcel nor provide customer support. I ordered an iPad back on the 11th of November 2022. I did not get any information until I repeatedly texted them such that due to "logistic problems" they do not have any idea where my package is. So in December, they were "waiting" for information from logistics.
Then they said okay we are going to refund you. Guess who did not get the money until today the 29th of December while it's about 1000€.
