I don't often write reviews but this brand is ridiculous. DO NOT purchase from Smooche. If you are still waiting on delivery, contact your bank like I did and get the charge reversed because Smooche does everything, including lying, to deny you a refund for an undelivered product. Save your money - just buy off Amazon, Temu or Shein for $5 instead of $50 because these guys very likely drop ship from the same suppliers.
I placed an order on 30 Dec 2025, and I have been back and forth for over 6 weeks with no resolution. Every email they state they are "looking into it" and refuse to refund. When I asked a second time for a refund, 6 emails later, the blatantly lied and said their 'logistics team' confirmed it was 'likely' still going through customs clearance - AusPost confirmed no product attached to the tracking number has arrived in the country. Reverse your charge now if you are waiting - it's the only way you will get your money back.
Update: as soon as I lodged a charge dispute with my bank, they contacted me within hours to say my order is on the way and asked me to cancel my dispute. They supplied the same link I have had the whole time which has had no update since 7 January and are now trying to flag my review as defamatory. Just look at the other 1 star reviews, there's tonnes of similar customer experiences.

I was already a fan of Smooche (it’s all about the Normal Lip Plumper for me! The first day I used it, someone actually commented on my lips!!) and Jessa’s exceptional customer service sealed the deal for me; she was completely wonderful helping me when I made an error with my latest order, and I’m so so grateful for how lovely she was and how she went out of her way to resolve it.
Biggest hugs to Jessa at Smooche for being the bestest and providing excellent customer service, which is not always the case with a lot of companies these days.

Placed order and money taken 22nd January. Emailed chasing but always "out of stock". Now its back in stock so am in a queue. Offered a free product but no good if I do not get the original. Do not carry on advertising if you cannot fulfill the orders. Lets hope the product is worth the wait.

I spoke to GENREV order # 245794 via email . She told me the order had to come from a different warehouse. She was very quick in her response to my email .Definitely recommend this company

Never received my order from January 19 2026. I have been in touch with Jessa from customer service. She told me on February 7 that the package had already been shipped with a tracking number which just says a label was created but has not been shipped yet. I’ve wrote again because status is the same for days and no reply. I am afraid I won’t recieve it.

Thank you so much for making the best eyebrow serum. As a woman who is 60+ due menopause I found my eye brow hair was disappearing. I have tried other brands , but they failed to make any difference or impact. Although discouraged, I thought I’d give it one more try and invest in your growth serum. Regarding my order # 249061: I have been corresponding with GENREV, who has been most helpful and accommodating. I think that there was a computer 'glitch' and my BOGO did not go through. When I questioned GENREV, she went above and beyond to find out what happened and ended up sending me the 2nd serum for the $4.00 cost of the shipping.
