i don't have any problem with Sofinco but the cost of living has gone up and I think they should leave us get an extra 200 to 500€ extra. I would be happy to pay for longer if this was possible

I think monkeys—or at least some cats—wrote the code for their website. Imagine this: you order an item and go to their website. The site tells you that your order is being reviewed. You come back the next day, and the moment you log in, it creates a new order.
I went there five times and now I have five orders awaiting validation. I even had to delete my cookies just to make it work.
The funny part is that in the end it did work—but I had to cancel the order. After I canceled it and tried to create a new financing order, I was refused. LOL. Based on what? Who knows. What a mess. Now I have to wait 12 hours just to cancel the order.
Literally no one knows what’s going on over there.
BE VERY CAREFUL!!!! THE SITE IS BUGGY! THEY ALSO ASK TO ACCESS YOUR BANK ACCOUNT! THE MANAGING OF THE COOKIES IS REALLY BAD!!! I'M CHANGING MY BANK ACCOUNT PASSWORD.
I DO NOT RECOMMAND USING IT. YOU LITERALLY HAVE NO CLUE WHAT IS HAPPENING!!

Absolutely awful. Have been paying for our car every month for nearly 3 years-we changed our bank account 7 months ago and everything was fine until last month when apparently they tried to take payment from our old account for some bizarre reason? Anyway this was eventually sorted and I needed to pay manually which was fine this went through straight away but ever since I have received threatening messages saying we havent paid and that they are going to take the car from us (I have sent many emails to different addresses with the payment justification etc) and every time i try to call I wait so long and then hang up

Frankly very disappointed by their service via hotline/telephone. The lady was very impatient, lazy, not pro and would not like to explain things in a clear way - they were just not there to help. I just feel very confused by what they said on phone, and not feeling at all that they'd like to help and propose some options.
