I HAVE WAITED AND WAITED FOR MY REFUND GOING ON 37 DAYS TODAY. NOW WE ARE PLAYING THE EXCUSE GAME OR NO GAME AT ALL BECAUSE THEY WONT REFUND ME MY MONEY. Now I have to file a lawsuit to get my refund for furniture that was cancelled over a month ago. Just read all the other 1-star reviews, all with the same horrific experience. They keep responding with, “we can’t do anything because of the dispute”, when in reality, they could accept the dispute and refund. They don’t want this on their record.
I did some searching around for my lawsuit and found that they are a company working out of a CubeWorks (basically like a workspace they rent to use as a workspace). They do not own any sort of warehouse or company store front.
Please heed the warnings here. I would likely bet the good reviews are done by employees trying to shake the bad reviews.

I'm very happy with my new coffee table. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that the tracking information didn't update for a few days, so I wan't sure when it would actually arrive. It showed up within the promised timeframe, but a bit more clarity on the delivery status would have been nice.

Don’t let their gaslighting response fool you. There was no refund in process or I would have had it by now. They are trying to spin the narrative so that it makes SOKA Home look like good guys…THEY ARE NOT. They still haven’t refunded my order and it was cancelled over a month ago. Don’t buy here. Go to an actual store front or a trusted online provider. Read the other reviews of the same horror story over and over.
Ordered new sofa November 14, 2025. Absolutely zero communication regarding delivery. My husband died unexpectedly on December 9, 2025. I cancels the order on January 3, 2026 and was told I should have my refund in two weeks. Nothing. No communication and no refund. Because of the large sum of money, this forced me to open up a dispute with my bank. Here it is February 1, 2026 and I was told that if I pulled the dispute they would refund immediately. I’ve now been in email horror with them saying that the dispute is still active and there is no way for them to issue a refund. My next step is to press charges for theft and hire an attorney. Buyer beware. Do not waste your time and soul with this company. All of this has happened at the same time I’m grieving. Talk about salt in the wound.

We ordered a Domus sofa (165.3") and 3 ottomans on October 16, 2025. Here is our experience...
Shipping and Delivery:
It was delivered on January 28, 2026. Prior to ordering I was told by customer support that it would be 30 - 45 days to receive as they did not have my items in stock. Clearly, it was 90+ days. It was shipped from China....clearly not manufactured in Italy or Germany as they claim in multiple places on their website. As soon as I received the shipping email the order was marked as fulfilled on their website. There are many reviews on line that give a poor rating to their delivery service. The additional white glove delivery was a must for us as we live in the country with a very long driveway and dropping it off at the curb was not an option. Our experience with delivery was very good; however, I stayed on top of the tracking and I did have to call the delivery warehouse (Metropolitan) to have the delivery scheduled once it was delivered to their warehouse. From there the delivery was very smooth. I wouldn't call it "White Glove" as the delivery people did not know how to clip the pieces together and we had to help them do it. They did haul away all of the packaging and they were careful with the pieces. It is also not very clear on their website where the tracking is...you have to log into your account, click on the order number, and then click on the number in the lower left corner.
First Impressions of the Furniture:
The leather is high quality. The frames are VERY light. It will slide like it is on wheels on tile, brick or hardwood floors. In our case, we had to put rubber feet on the ottomans to keep them from sliding on our brick floor. The sofa sections do clip together to keep them from separating which is required given the frames are so lightweight. It is very comfortable. It is lower to the ground than a typical sofa by about 2 to 2.5". However, the sofa is very deep. We expected that from the dimensions listed on their website which are accurate. My husband and I are both over 6' tall and we don't find the height an issue and the depth makes it very comfortable for tall people.
I think overall the quality is sub-par based on the price. I would have expected it to be heavier. We will see how it holds up over time. In my opinion, it might hold up for 3-4 years of everyday use, probably less if you have young children.

I ordered sofas and recliner and there was no delivery date provided. I called them more 10times and finally talked to representative. She told me it takes 2-3 months delivery time so i canceled it
They asked me 2weeks refund days
No refund two weeks later , i called them never answered. They just email me and gave me lots of excuses (issues with phones , international protocal issues etc)
They give you some excuses that nobody believes
I think it is kind of scam to hold customers money more than a month or two months to get interest from the bank.

Hello, my name is Cindy from Littleton Colorado. I purchased a sofa from Soka Home this past September 2025. I received the sofa 6 weeks later and found that the sofa was not made in a warehouse, it looked like someone put it together in their garage!!! I IMMEDIATELY contacted Soka Home, I arranged for the sofa to be picked up IMMEDIATELY!! 5 days later Metropolitan Warehouse picked up the sofa and returned it back to Soka Home a week later. Metropolitan Warehouse assured me that Soka Home did receive the sofa and Soka Home refuses to refund my money. I have called numerous times and left many many emails BUT no response from Soka Home!!! This company is a scam!!! I notified my bank, the BBB, social media and family and friends. Today is January 6th 2026 and I haven't heard back from Soka Home. PLEASE PLEASE GET THE WORD OUT that this so called company is a SCAM!!!!!

Ordered a bed back in August. Got no communication on arrival. They keep saying its on it way. Asked for refund in November of this year. they said it was approved and still have not recovered refund. It is now close to January. no reply from them like they fell of the face of the earth. They love taking your money and not give anything back. Now i am in the process of getting a lawyer. Bad customer service.
Like I said the refund has been going on for at least a month. Still haven't received it. They will respond to this saying they have but reality it has not

I purchased a sofa on the 30th on November accidentally (one click purchase on my phone) and immediately canceled my order. The company was responsive and said the order would be canceled on the 1st of December. It is now the 20th of December and I have still not recieved my refund, and their customer service will not update me or respond to any further emails. I called their customer service line and was only told "I will let my supervisor know." Has been an extraordinarily stressful process with no resolution in sight.

Warning to anyone considering buying from Soka Home
We ordered a couch from Soka Home and the entire experience has been extremely disappointing. The color shown on their website was completely misrepresented compared to what we received. When the couch arrived and the color was clearly wrong, we immediately contacted customer service and asked to exchange it for the white version. We explained that we cannot simply return the only couch we have until a replacement arrives, otherwise we would have nothing to sit on.
Instead of helping, they refused to take responsibility for their inaccurate product representation and have been giving us the runaround ever since. Every time we reach out, we get a new excuse or a vague response. It feels very much like they are deliberately dragging things out to get past their 30 day window so that they no longer have to deal with the issue.
They even told us that returning the couch is “too expensive for them,” as if that excuses the problem. Meanwhile, we are stuck with a couch we do not want because of their own misleading photos. To make things worse, the “quick ship” delivery they advertised originally still took almost three months.
Overall, this has been a terrible experience from start to finish. I would strongly caution anyone thinking about buying from Soka Home. Their customer service is unhelpful, their product photos are unreliable, and their policies clearly do not protect customers when the company makes a mistake.

The couch is bad quality though it’s pretty expensive. It stuffed unevenly and the material is pure. But the most fraud is the costumer service- they promised a refund but I’ve never received a cent. I am claiming the case in the court. Don’t buy from them- fraud company

I've had the sofa for about 10 days now and it's holding up great. The stitching is neat and leather feels smooth but sturdy. The only thing is I wish the seat was a tiny bit deeper-still love it tho.

This sofa is for photos only. It is the most uncomfortable sofa. Several people that are different body types tried the sofa and it was the laugh of our party. It must be fake positive reviews about how comfortable it is. It absolutely the most uncomfortable sofa. The cost and the discomfort is an embarrassment. My husband is furious with this purchase and the company that charged us so much for zero comfort. We have tried reaching out after months of trying different ways to make it more comfortable. I never got any response. I have emailed them with the info that is associated with the order. Playing games and asking for info to prolong a response.

Do NOT order from this company. I ordered a sofa sectional that said 3 weeks delivery. After no tracking number in a week, I called. They said it would be 16 weeks delivery. I needed a sofa sooner than that so asked for a refund. They said it would be 15 business days. No refund. After multiple emails, they said their finance department was having serious issues and promised me a refund in three days. That came and went. So I now have a dispute charge filed with my credit card company. This is theft. Buyer beware.
