It takes them 5 months to install internet. Zero organization, care or goodwill - if you messed up this bad , just make this case a priority and solve it ,but no, zero care about customer. At this point it is just weird and funny and not canceling just because I want to see how it ends.

I subscribed more than a month ago and the internet has not been activated yet. I send you emails every day to no avail. If you cannot help me activate the internet, help me cancel my subscription. I regret subscribing with you.

I never could use the Internet.... it too up to 3 months to connect qnd during that period i had been charging with money for something i couldn't use

I had contacted Solcon to arrange for the hardware delivery 12 days ahead of the start date, but was not informed about the need for a technician. The information came only 5 days later when it was too late to change the hardware delivery. I don't understand why it was not possible to inform me during the first call. And I can still not plan the technician visit, because the link only provides for dates at short notice.

Solcon is the worst company I know in all of Europe.
I have not had internet access for two weeks.
I have reported it a dozen times already and there has been absolutely no response.
I have checked if there are any repairs or maintenance works being carried out in my area but unfortunately there are none, which means everything should be fine.
In that case I can only say one thing:
Solcon are jerks and that's it.

internet doesn't work, mechanics don't send. Worst company for internet. I called 100 times, they don't help, they promise to send a mechanic, you have to wait forever. I don't recommend this company to anyone.

Right in the beginning, I opted for someone to install the equipment and this did not happen. I had to do it myself (fortunately I could), otherwise I would not have internet.
There was an issue with the television I received and when I cancelled I mentioned this and have not been contacted yet. I as the customer need to follow up which begs the question where the customer service is? I had a different issue and some of the employees were working from home that day and spoke to quite an arrogant person that day.
I am not happy with the service I received.

It was a matter of 5 days when I get an email that my issue has been resolved. I don't need to do a follow-up, hence it was a delightful experience. Thanks Solcon customer service support.
