The app is accurate, quick in response, and details in delivery response. I am impressed.

I used Sonix to transcribe 16 videos, each ranging between 1 and 20 minutes long. The transcripts were created very quickly, and the transcription accuracy was excellent. I appreciated the pay-as-you-go option, as I will not need the service in the foreseeable future.

The title says it all. Sonix is the simplest, the most accurate transcription service, I have ever tried. Even quiet or muffled speech is perfectly produced. If you need one, this is it!

The automatic audio-to-text matching is absolutely brilliant!
I'm absolutely delighted to have discovered such an excellent text transcription website, particularly its ability to automatically match audio and video with text to generate ideal subtitles – it's simply marvellous! The speed and accuracy are truly outstanding. That's the best part.
However, the downside is that it's rather expensive. I believe this new era of AI should benefit more people, and the practicality and convenience of the products should also take into account users' purchasing power, not just commercial interests. Of course, if you feel the cost is manageable, that's perfectly fine. But considering the direction the world is heading, it should take into account people everywhere.
Moreover, the complimentary usage is limited to just 30 minutes, and it is available only once in a lifetime – not three times daily as one might expect. It is a great pity.

Sonix is a very user-friendly platform, and they are very transparent about what is included in the monthly fee. There were no surprises when I uploaded multiple recordings for transcription, as I expected to incur an additional fee at a reduced rate due to my monthly subscription. It's transcribed very fast and is quite accurate.

I love the work they are doing at Sonix. Thir webpage is really simple to use and yet you get everything you need. Their transcripts are really accurate, I have tried them both in English and Spanish and I can say that most of the time there is very little to no editing on the final text. Also, the ability to label speakers is amazing. Overall, I love using their service and will surely increase my usage in the future.

The customer service is totally hopeless. There was a technical issue that doesnt allow exporting the subtitles correctly. I asked for help in the chat and literally they replied once per day. So after a whole two days, all the reply I got is they will ask the technicians what's going on. This is not what I'd expect from a paid service. They have proved themselves to be incompetent both at technology and service level. Also, one thing many AI transcribers do not understand is that native speaker often mix English into Cantonese. The users are literally doing all the transcribing work themselves. So whoever is reading this now, please could you take this in mind when you are developing a better transcribing tool? thanks.

I signed up for the $22 monthly subscription thinking it included transcriptions. To my surprise, Sonix charges extra for every single transcription on top of the subscription fee. In the end, I paid $50 in one month, even though I had already paid for the membership.

Yes, it’s partly my fault for not reading every detail carefully, but honestly, I never imagined any platform would charge separately for the core service after paying a subscription.

There are other, much better transcription platforms out there that offer everything within a lower monthly fee and provide way more features. Sonix feels like a trap for unsuspecting users.
