Ordered a Valentines gift in plenty of time for delivery, but paid for the faster delivery to make sure it arrived, now the package is stuck with Yodel, no updates in 3 days, can guarantee no chance of it ever arriving with that courier, don’t waste your money with this company.

The important thing to say about this company is that their products are unique and well made. I have 2 products so far and they are gorgeous. The personalised fridge magnet and the gallery of us are perfect.
However, delivery takes about a month and the company needs to make this clear.

Absolute WASTE of money
Absolute WASTE of money - £53 i spent on a museum of us frame came with many faults, i emailed them with picture proof of bad quality for a full refund and was denied!

Terrible quality
The item received matches the description and photos, however the quality is far below what is acceptable for the premium price charged.
I purchased the “Museum of Us” frame and was very disappointed. The frame is not straight, the pictures are off-centre, the background quality feels cheap, the side panels are misaligned, and only one of the lights works. The figures themselves are poor quality, and out of the 7 people included, 4 are seated with no benches provided, making them impossible to display properly.
At around £30, this might be acceptable. But for £80+, I expected a premium product, not something that feels rushed and poorly finished.
I also contacted the company with a query over two weeks ago and received no response, which raises concerns about customer service and reliability. The business appears to surface around Valentine’s Day, charge premium prices, and then become unresponsive.
While an item was delivered, the value for money is extremely poor. I would not recommend ordering from this site if you care about quality or customer support and your money

Products are absolutely shocking and take forever to be delivered. When delivered items were cheap and tacky and its a nightmare to get hold off someone in the company. Wpuld not recommend ANYONE buying ANYTHING from this website.

Shoddy Chinese fake goods
This company is pretending to be a UK based small company and in reality they are mass produced rubbish shipped direct from China. Having recieved the poor imitation of what was being advertised they then want you to barter as to what level of refund you get - a clear lack of understanding of the consumer rights in the UK. Don’t be stung and avoid at all cost!!!

SCAM COMPANY - AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!
Can’t believe I was taken in by this company - the fact they asked me to pay extra above their extortionate postage cost to “insure” the postage, and the fact they ask for tips for their staff, should have been huge red flags!
My order did eventually arrive (despite me not paying for “insurance”) but was absolute rubbish. I ordered a phone case printed with customized photos; I received a cheap plastic case with a sticker on the back, which had already peeled away in places and started bubbling in others - key parts of the design had already disappeared completely. As such the item was totally useless.
I contacted the company and sent photographic evidence of the defective product; I received an email from “Sienna” saying they would replace the item if I paid another £5.99 shipping. I had already made it clear that I wanted a full refund, not a replacement, as the quality of the item is so poor that it could never function as a phone case - even if it arrived undamaged, it would clearly be damaged upon use. I explained this again and also asked why they would ask me to cover a replacement postage fee when this is both illegal and against their own returns policy? (which clearly states that in the event of a defective item “Soufeel will cover return and replacement postage fees”).
Next I received an email from “Cherry”, who offered me $6 in compensation - Cherry, as you’ve been replying to all these negative comments, could you explain to everyone how $6 can possibly compensate someone who has paid £20.94 for a totally useless and worthless item??
I explained again that this would not resolve the issue and that I was entitled to a full refund; “Cherry” then emailed again completely ignoring my response and offering another replacement… As such I have ceased wasting my time and taken my claim to PayPal.
I’m sure that “Cherry” will respond to this with the same stock answer that she has left on the preceding 1 star reviews, inviting me to contact customer service - please be aware that I have already contacted customer service THREE TIMES and been ignored. Let’s see if “Cherry” still says the same thing!
It also seems incredibly fishy how every single positive review mentions having a customer service issue but how wonderful, kind and responsive Cherry was in dealing with it… So I’m here to let you know that Cherry is NOT wonderful, kind or responsive - she completely ignores what you write in your email and refuses to resolve your issue, wasting your time by making you go round in circles.
… And if you’re going to leave fake reviews Soufeel, do you really think it reflects well on you that every single reviewer seemed to have an issue with their order that they had to take up with customer service?
TLDR - absolutely awful company; please do not waste your time and money, and do not ignore the red flags as I did!

Crooks, do not purchase
They sent the wrong item and refused to grant me a refund despite it meeting the requirements of the return policy. They avoided acknowledging refund requests. This is a dishonest company, order from somewhere else for a cheaper price and better customer service.
Edit: after I wrote this review, they emailed me again asking for £6 to replace the item despite me asking for a refund for the 5th time. They willfully avoid acknowledging refund requests and lie about it. A waste of money.

Poor experience with buying a personalised charm
Poor experience with buying a personalised charm. Picture scratched and not covered so the paper photo is exposed. Payed for VIP service which stated delivery in 3-6 days it took 4 weeks. Payed for a velvet bag for the charm this didn’t arrive. Totally disappointment and a waste of time. Definitely won’t buy from this website again.

Extremely disappointed with products, feel ripped off.
The quality of the 3D effect personalised key ring is not what one would expect for £17.95. They obviously get a lot of complaints about it based on their responses to emails. I expected the 3D effect to be as depicted in the photographs on the website but the actual product received was way short of the image shown on website. I think they should either remove the product or reduce charge to about £2.50 which better reflects the actual product received. I would advise everyone to stay clear of purchasing from this website.

STAY AWAY!!!
I ordered a print of an action figure.
For €30, the result was a completely pixelated and misaligned print. Truly something unworthy and unacceptable, totally different from the images shown on the website — absolutely misleading advertising.
What exactly did I pay for?
The frame included in the price is barely more than fragile, poorly assembled particle board.
The shipment was 3 days late.
Since it was a gift, this put me in serious difficulty.
I honestly don’t understand how they are still in business; I strongly suspect the reviews are fake!
I requested a full refund and they are taking an unreasonable amount of time, asking for details I had already provided, clearly to avoid issuing any kind of refund. DISHONEST.
