i think they quite ok, i win some small prize. money back to customer very quick. they ask me to verify KYC 2 time, the fist is begin, and second when i win small prize over 200 EUR.
suddenly, yesterday they freeze and close my account, they dont take to me any reason clear.
now i cant log on in tipp24.de, in my account balance is : 0.01 EUR and remain 3 Gordon Christmas ticket, one is 1/20=18.99 EUR, 2 ticket 1/100=4.99 EUR.
i very desperate and angrry, it is not fairplay.
i like Germany, i like them, but they are not fairplay. they email to me say that refund me and pay back my money.
i take them my Bank account and, waiting them to solve.
i player in many site lotto in the world, i think they are quite ok, but one day, and some one.... stop account with no clear reason, they are not Germany...
i think, if they not solve, I will claim to FCA, and UK Gambling, and claim to Association Protect Consumers of Germany and UK.
