Bought a watch 1 and 1/2 years ago and the band buckle broke. Cannot find another band ANYWHERE....reached out to Tissot and crickets. DO NOT BUT THIS TERRIBLE PRODUCT...or ANY TISSOT watch!?
Shocking customer service.
I placed an order for a watch a week ago and spent a significant amount of money, and the customer service experience since then has been completely unacceptable. I have sent multiple emails and called repeatedly every day — often 10+ times — and have not received a single response from a real person.
Seven days with no reply, no update, and no support is shocking. For a brand that presents itself as a luxury watch company, this level of service is appalling. A true luxury brand stands behind its customers and provides timely, professional support — this has been the exact opposite.
Based on this experience alone, I will not be purchasing from Tissot again.

I purchased a TISOT watch in Germany in a very good jewelry shop. Living in Greece , Athens, I went to TISSOT GREECE for a warranty service, because my (quarz) watch stopped working after 3 weeks (!!!).
TISSOT GREECE denied to service the watch within warranty frame, because this was not purchased in GREECE!!!
Watch out: INTERNATIONAL TISSOT WARRANTY is FAKE!!!! No Warranty, they asked me to pay a fortune for repair! although a replacement of a brand new quarz movement of TISSOT costs max. 30 €!!!

I will not buy any more Tissot watches after this experience. A $50 dollar watch can do a better job...
Tissot Seastar cheap strap
Having Just purchased the Tissot Seastar 1000, I really like the weight of the watch and how it looks it makes it feel and look spectacular.
The only and biggest downfall for this watch is the strap it feels like it should belong on a $50 watch, it feels light, Tinny and flimsy, come on Tissot for a $1000 watch make it feel great from putting it on and when taking it off.

Excellent finish, looks great and is water resistant to 200m. An excellent luxury watch at a fair price.
Great entry to the luxury watch range. Definitely recommend it.
A great example of customer care
I purchased a limited edition Tissot watch in Colombia. It made sense to have the watch serviced so I contacted Tissot. Turns out it was very old stock - 8 years old! - but Tissot was absolutely brilliant. Serviced the watch, returned it quickly and all under warranty. I highly recommend this watch brand where customer service still seems to be a priority
Tissot Supersport, I've made toast more waterproof
I purchased a Tissot Supersport from a jewlers in Tenerife. The piece almost immediately had issues and was taken back to the store.
After "fixing" the watch I noticed that the face started to fog and water droplets were forming on the inside of the crystal. Not ideal for a watch waterproof to 100m.
Instead of replacing the watch, Tissot are stating I must wait over 2 months for a repair.
This is a major fault, a few months after purchase and in my opinion should be replaced immediately.
Terrible service, poorly constructed, overpriced junk watches. Beware, don't waste your money
NEVER GOT MY WATCH
I ordered a watch directly from Tissot, paid extra for 2-day shipping, and UPS marked it as “delivered.”
The proof of delivery is fake:
– Says it was received by “Ricardo” (no one by that name lives here)
– Shows a package supposedly on my doorstep (it was NEVER there)
– People were home and no delivery attempt was made
The watch is missing because UPS failed, and Tissot’s response?
All they can do is “open a claim with UPS” that may take 14 days or more. No replacement. No refund. No accountability.
So Tissot expects the customer to pay, not receive the product, and just sit and wait.
Unacceptable.

I purchased a watch for my wife for our anniversary on Sept 4th and gave it to her on Oct 3rd. She only wore the watch a couple of times before the leather began peeling from the strap. I contacted Tissot about this issue where they stated I would have to purchase a new band for $55 and because it has been worn, it cannot be returned. The quality of these watches are not equal to the cost and support. I have purchased two watches from Tissot and I guarantee this will be my last.

Not classic ones, rather those you can wear everyday for any occasion. I had the model that was made for formula1, don’t remember the name, those yellow green, coming with a helmet. For such a unique model, I paid only 500 dollars. Good deal! I got one problem though with the strap. One year was enough to get it worn out and change on official shop. Not for free😭😭😭
I got my first tissot watches
It was quite spontaneous, i had my birthday and I went with my family to the shopping centre. I accidentally saw a Tissot shop, it felt premium, reliable and no nonsense, and very classic. For someone like me it suited nicely, I didn’t even pay a fortune to get it, it was around $550-$600. It’s a solid choice. I hope one day I’ll come back again.

4.5 stars. Tissot has a lineup of some great watches. Whether it is a dress, motosport or diver, they have covered it all. I bought Le Locle first and then decided to spend extra money on T Complication, which is an eye-catching timepiece. Both going strong and I am sorta eyeing Seastar 2000.
The only thing negative about Tissot is the dogs.it boxes the watches came in, but I heard that was improved.

Did not order from this company. This was a fraud charge. Received an email from company to inform me item is being shipped. Sent email back informing them this was a fraud charge and they mailed the item to the billing address. They emailed me to use return label to send back item. I shipped it back at my expense and company will not reimburse me for shipping. This company is a scam! Do not order from them!!!
Need a proper solution
I’ve been a loyal Tissot customer for years, but I’ve experienced serious disappointment. My T-Touch watch (QKP-BC-36990Z 254/354) failed repeatedly and cost me over $1,300 in repairs and failed replacements through BTC Egypt. I’ve sent multiple emails (with full documentation) to Tissot and Swatch Group — including their Ethics Team — and received no reply. I expected better from a premium Swiss brand. What a bunch of scumbags this company is. Sent a watch in for a warranty repair and now there saying it has been treated badly and a battery not made by Tissot has been used in it? (How would I know that?) Now there demanding $300 to fix it (more like holding it for ransom!) I recently bought 2 new watch straps to add a bit of colour coordination to my outfit choices. Tissot sent these via parcel force ( what a mistake). After chasing, calling, running, moaning, investigating, and nearly crying after a week, I am still yet to receive my straps. Whereas Jayne from Tissott has been in regular contact with me, I am still £80 out of pocket. I have now spend at least a couple of grand with this company, and up until now have never had a reason to complain. It's this simple, if the courier you are using cannot deliver, change them!
I cannot convey in words how frustrated, dissapointed, and completely feel let down by such a company like Tissot. I would attach pictures, however as not received - I have nothing to send. Tissot, you and parcel force have truly let me down.

Title: Tissot Replaced My Watch 3 Times — None Worked
I bought a Tissot watch via Walmart.com in April 2024. Since then, I’ve received three separate replacement units through the manufacturer, none of which worked.
The original was returned four times for repair.
A replacement sent in January 2025 didn’t work at all and was returned twice.
The third watch received in April 2025 also failed right out of the box.
Despite a full warranty and extended warranty, I’ve never had a functioning product. The seller no longer responds, and Tissot’s customer service has ignored me despite multiple outreach attempts.
I’ve initiated an Amex chargeback and will continue to escalate this publicly.
This has been incredibly disappointing from a brand that claims to stand for Swiss reliability
