Don’t get drawn in.

I’ve had gel twice before. lasted weeks. without buffing nails. This time. In house product used. Hasn’t stayed on. Paid express as cuticles are fine. 5 nails came off in 6 days.

Tried resolving for replacement or removal. Zero help offered. Told to go away basically. There’s Zero customer care. Zero interest in resolving. Just small print that escapes any liability or support. Was offered some small points. Why would i return to such a bad experience. It looks great But the money grabbing system doesn’t care.

I’ve raised a complaint. no one bothers to respond. I was also running late for prior appointment. They took the money anyway didn’t offer any reply to my email. No one cares here about their customer. Just cash.

Trying to request my data be removed from their site. But no one responding to that. The what’s app system doesn’t work. Much like their in house gel.

Very expensive. Poor results.

Zero Customer Service.

I wish I had read the reviews before…

I wish I had read the reviews before booking. I booked a mani pedi and had it cancelled on the day. After I got them done on a different day my toe polish all bubbled and after a considerable and difficult debate and uploading pics they re did my toe polish. A couple of months later, as I believed thy were “high end” I decided to give them another try and again they cancelled on the day, after getting them done my toes look perfect but, this time my gel polish nails started failing on day 8, the have a seven day “flawless finish policy”. How can you have a 7 day policy on a manicure that should last 21 days. As I have read trying to contact this company is almost impossible. I will NOT return.

Tragic booking system

The quality of service is amazing but the booking system is ridiculous. I booked months in advance ahead of my wedding day and was told on the day they wouldn’t do my nails. Apparently if I wanted both my toes and nails done during the same appointment, it wouldn’t be possible to have any extensions or French tips. This wasn’t made clear across the website or booking process and there’s no way of contacting the stores. Finding somewhere last minute to get wedding nails was so stressful. To avoid being very disappointed before a special event I’d recommend finding another nail salon! M1 Nails in Manchester never disappoint

The staff seemed more interested in gatekeeping who is “acceptable” to pamper than actually providing a service.

I went into this salon expecting the “luxury experience” it claims to offer, but what I received was rudeness and humiliation.
Before I’d even sat down, I was upsold a coffee, with the manicure and pedicure quoted at around £100. Hardly a problem if the service matched the price, but it didn’t. The staff immediately began inspecting my nails in a way that felt more like criticism than care. One technician even insinuated I had an infection in my thumbnail an absurd and insulting suggestion, given I simply keep them short because I work as a postwoman.
It got worse when they looked at my toes. I was bluntly told my toenails were “too thick” and “a little discoloured” so they wouldn’t do a pedicure. I explained that I walk all day for work, see a chiropodist regularly, and have healthy feet but was met with a curt “it’s policy” and flat refusal.
I have never been spoken to with such dismissiveness in a salon. For a business advertising itself as high-end, the attitude was anything but. The staff seemed more interested in gatekeeping who is “acceptable” to pamper than actually providing a service.
If you want to pay premium prices to be made to feel judged and unwelcome, this is the place. If you want respect, kindness, and professionalism go anywhere else.

SCAM SERVICE !

DESPICABLE CUSTOMER CARE !
I should have read the reviews before booking ! PEOPLE SHOULD KNOW !

They are great actors by email but the red it all before

have never seen a service this low and quite frankly non professional.

DESPICABLE SERVICE | a place for photos and zero qualitative services
I READ THAT A CUSTOMER SAID IT WAS A SCAM AND I’M SO CLOSE TO CO-SIGN THIS !
WORST SERVICE EVER ! I DON’T EVER RECALL BEING MISTREATED AND MISLED THIS MUCH IN A NAIL SALON.
LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM AND RESPECT FOR CLIENTS.
AS FOR NOW I’M getting CHARGED FOR A SERVICE I DIDN’T DO, I’m waiting tomorrow TO SEE A FULL REIMBURSEMENT IN MY ACCOUNT ! They said I have soy been charged (my bank statements aren’t having this version as the payment is being proceed and my digital card has been processed) !
Left the place with 3 time being postponed and « oops sorry » isn’t enough.
Left with my nails undone for the 3rd time while being booked and confirmed. Then denied, then asked to pay before service, then postponed again. Because « an other client was coming ». Euuuhhh ??? Don’t you have schedules ????
And rush my feet service at a level where it wasn’t not even well done (I have the pictures)

Changed appointment and no customer care team response

Sent me an email to change my appointment time 2 hours before my appointment! No call, no check that I’d got the change. So, I discovered when I arrived. Staff absence was the reason given - surely you know at 9, not 11, if you are staff short for a 1.20 appointment…..
Range customer care - cut off. Went on line for live chat, after being told there was 1 person ahead of me it moved to 2 people ahead of me???? After 30 minutes waiting I gave up. Sent an email to customer care. No response yet.
The previous time I booked, my appointment was just plain cancelled.
I love the salon, but (Greenwich) is just too unreliable. Shame.

Awful customer care experience

Awful customer care experience with Townhouse. Townhouse have sent me email reminders for an appointment costing over £200 and when I log into my profile there is no appointment to cancel. I then have tried to remove my bank card and they say it's being held for a future appointment. An appointment I haven't even got (or booked may I add) on the system.

There is clearly an error. You'd expect after ringing their customer care you would have a speedy solution. I have called over 5 times and have been cut off each time. These calls have spanned 20 mins each. I have sent an email to Townhouse and I'm yet to receive a response. This is such poor poor customer experience!

Loved it!

Such a good experience ! Everyone was so charming and professional; my nails now look - and feel - great; and I loved the clean, calm, stylish salon. Thank you!
