Honesty is the best policy

My claim was sorted out quickly and I was kept up to date on the progress. Being honest with my claims I hope helped with this. Precise instructions were given to me at each stage and I never felt intimidated. I have been with Policy Expert for several years and would thoroughly recommend them.

Accidentally lost eternity diamonds ring

I sent in this claims on 17 December 2025.
I have been using the portal to communicate to Trinity Claims a few times.
I haven’t heard from anyone until early February 2026. The company SBS contacted me and asked for my lost item details, I was surprised to take that long and even through SBS still asked me to provide more evidence, as they only received this claims half an hour ago. As far as I ‘m concerned something and somehow the problem with cross communication and that it takes that long until today the claims has finally settled.

Wonderful saviours!

Oliver and Nathan gave me plenty of notice of their arrival time. They were really friendly and polite and extremely professional. They made the whole process so much better than I thought it would be after the worry and stress of the flood through my back door. They stayed on to make sure everything was set up safely for the drying process. Explaining clearly all that needed to be done.

Thought assessor was fair when he said…

Thought assessor was fair when he said he needed to find additional info in case all damaged had not been established. Fair amount allowed for the material damage. Thought the allowance for labour was low. Currently tradespeople are charging around £300 per day and it would take a day to do the remedial works. You allowed less than £200.

Porch roof claim

I was impressed by whole process ,setting this portal was great,also very quick getting surveyor to visit.although my claim for storm damage to roof was dismissed because of wind speeds not sufficient,I understand rules and was paid for damage to my living room floor caused by damage to porch roof .also lady I spoke to about settlement was lovely and polite.overall I was very impressed

Two very pleasant chaps

Two very pleasant chaps, Jack Walker and Mathew Harper came to assess and dry the flood in our kitchen. They were pleasant, knowledgeable and dealt with our queries completely. We felt comfortable asking questions and were satisfied with their responses.

Excellent service from Trinity

An excellent service from Trinity, they dealt with my claim within a week. They kept me informed through every stage. The portal was easy to use and messages replied to very quickly. I uploaded my quote and the claim was settled with an hour. All in all a brilliant service.
