Quickly and positively resolved

Approached UKLASH when I opened a new lash serum to find the container empty and dry after a few details they have quickly resolved the issue and I am getting a replacement product.

I switched from BabeLash to UKLash &…

I switched from BabeLash to UKLash & unfortunately I'm switching back to BabeLash.

I started UKLash in November 2025 & it's a weaker formula than BabeLash. I have been through the dreaded shed & my eyelashes are slightly longer but I still have some very short hairs whereas a month ago they were longish which means I'm either still shedding or it's not a strong enough formula. BabeLash made a beautiful curl in my lashes & this one makes them pin straight. My hair was thicker on BabeLash than UKLash. UKLash also dries out the outer corner of my eyes & makes my eyes itchy. My eyelashes are much more fragile using UKLash. Fair enough UKLash is cheaper but I'd rather pay that little bit more for a product that works better. BabeLash has a slight tingle/sting when applied but it's worth the results. That's me finished one tube of UKLash & I've got one more tube to use. After that, I'm switching back.

I also tried their tubing mascara & it was incredibly wet. It weighed down my lashes before it had time to dry. The Mocha is more a black brown than a true brown. Shame because I was planning on trying their hair serum.

Terrible customer service.
I have a subscription but they were out of stock. They didn’t bother telling me, just didn’t send the stuff. They take ages to respond to emails (I’m currently on Day 4 of waiting for a reply) and they’re generally just inept. The produce is good but my advice would be DO NOT SUBSCRIBE.
