Very disrespectful company
Very disrespectful company. Refused to pay for my wife's gynecology visits following miscarriage even though she was covered by their insurance. Provided the required paperwork for reimbursement numerous times, but they still refused.
Despite providing health insurance schemes specifically for foreigners, they don't communicate in English which is another issue.
If you are a foreigner spending time in Slovakia, I would strongly recommend avoiding Union. They will do everything they can to avoid reimbursing you.

Does all Slovaks have complexes with their language? Why they expect that whole world will learn slovak language to use their service? Or is it so complicated to make this service and all pdf documents, to know what I'm buying, in other languages or at least english?
