Nobody could resolve my issue

Nobody could resolve my issue. Even now after I have received the item, it is two different items. An ottoman bed, one part is a side opening the other is an end opening. Very incompetent all round dealing with Very this time.

That was fast.

From start to finish it was an exceptional experience.
Ordering Friday after noon and having the order on Monday, that's what I call shopping experience out of the ordinary.
Lots of items and choices for every interests in the household.

Great value, first item arrived exactly on time. Larger item took 5 weeks to arrive, nearly 2 weeks after given date, an email informing of delay would have been nice. Otherwise great service.

Mystery parcel….

Received my parcel, tried on items, didn’t suit so returned. Nearly a month waiting on refund, so I rang and was told, I rejected delivery. I have receipt with tracking number… I did get refunded but asked if I “find”my parcel to contact them. A joke of a company to deal with.
