Flex Repair every day!

I used Flex Repair for a couple of years, good for my hip
I used Flex Repair for a couple of years. I focused on my right leg, - knie and hip, where I had some pain when walking. I got really good support from the Flex Repair for my hip. I am now taking a brake for some months and will turn back again to Flex Repair, if I need.

Today, I received a bill for 1,739.29 DKK. It all started with a "free" product that came with a subscription I was unaware of. This is a scam! I haven't even tried their products yet, and I have repeatedly asked for the return address since 31 january 2025, but they refuse to respond. Instead, they keep bombarding me with SMS, calls, and emails.
I don’t want to waste any more of my time, so I decided to pay the bill. STAY AWAY from this company—it’s a complete waste of time, money, and energy.
Do not contact me again. You got my money, and please do not delete my review. Thank you!

As you pointed out correctly, we have tried to contact you in several different ways. It is really sad that you chose to ignore our messages for so many weeks (although all of them were delivered to your inbox and read by you). On your request we contacted you
by email, informing about the pure stop in your case and asking a few questions to clarify the situation before making any decision.
We warned you that we would be obliged to escalate the case again if you kept quiet. Because we still have not received any response from you, the case got pursued further and you received a debt collection demand.
We are always open for a dialogue if our customers have any questions or hesitations. However, it is difficult to clear any things out if the other party does not express any wish in participating in negotiations.

I’m absolutely disgusted by the lack of transparency and the company’s refusal to address the issue. I am seriously considering taking legal action. This kind of business should be illegal, and I hope this company collapses soon.
Stay far away from this company if you don’t want to be scammed!

I had to change product and return them as the tablets were in a too big size for me to swallow.
The service person whom I spoke to was very friendly and understanding so I could return the product.
As it was quite a big order and a lot of money this ment a lot to me that the accepted my reasons for return. Most apprceiated.
