Four of us had an amazing spa day here today . I can honestly say it’s a 5⭐️service from beginning to end. We will definitely be coming back regularly. Thank you so much for such a relaxing day.

Vanessa & Roseanne are excellent! The whole family visit VSL after many recommendations and we all love it. The service is amazing, and both Vanessa & Roseanne are so friendly and warm, they immediately put you at ease. Very attentive and always listen to your needs & requirements.

Whether it is a wax, massage or getting your nails done- they deliver to such a high level on all fronts! Couldn’t recommend both ladies more!

I had a much needed facial at VSL yesterday. I left with my skin feeling cleansed and revitalised, my shoulders feeling relaxed from the fab shoulder massage and with some great skin care tips from Vanessa.

From the minute we got there we felt special! Vanessa welcomed us warmly and looked after us throughout our day. The pool and Sauna are great. The massage was lovely, afternoon tea was yummy. Dietary requirements were catered for which I appreciate massively. Beautiful surroundings and the fact it’s private is a huge plus. When can I come back?! :-) x

We booked the spa day, mother daughter and granddaughter to celebrate our birthdays, it was a lovely day from start to finish, Vanessa was so welcoming, we all enjoyed our treatments by Vanessa and Roseanne, from the fruit platter in the morning to the afternoon tea later in the day we enjoyed every minute and were well catered for, I would highly recommend this hidden gem x

I’ve been seeing Vanessa at VSL for over 5 years. She does my waxing, lvl and eyebrows and is the absolute best. I always come out feeling amazing. Waxings are, somehow, pain free, quick and thorough! I could not recommend vsl enough. The salon is clean, comfortable, peaceful, the perfect place for for some
R&R. I won’t be going anywhere else :)

The spa itself is very clean, peaceful and the pools a perfect temperature. I had a wonderful massage and it’s a great way to recharge.

VSL Nail & Beauty Salon & VSL Urban Retreat Spa Days offers a decent experience overall. Vanessa and her team provide attentive service, and the facilities are clean and pleasant. The treatments are satisfactory, although not extraordinary, and the spa setting is nice. While the food offerings, like fruit platters and afternoon tea, are a nice touch, the overall experience didn't quite live up to the high expectations set by previous reviews. It's a good option for a relaxing day, though improvements could be made to make it truly memorable.

Visited for beauty treatments for the first time and was so impressed! Really welcoming team, who know their stuff. Very professional but one of the only salons I’ve visited that offer you a cup of tea 😃 nothing is too much trouble and they really listen to your needs and don’t rush you. Been back since and will definitely go again. Thank you!

Vanessa has such attention to detail. I go for waxing and have to say she’s definitely does the best wax I’ve ever head.
I also have my nails done with Roseanne who is also an amazing technician. Both ladies are so lovely and therefore you have a wonderful experience each time you go.

From the moment of arrival, I was greeted with a warm friendly welcome. I have had a number of various facials and I have to say this was the best I have experienced. It was just pure relaxation. VSL is simply the best beauty treatment venue I have been to. I am reluctant to recommend as want to keep it to myself. The staff are just wonderful and you are welcomed and looked after from the front door until you walk out. The facials are the best I have ever had and the massage is just brilliant. The swimming pool that you can have just to yourself with friends is truly a gem.

We had a lovey day at the spa. Fantastic fruit platter when you arrive, a very relaxing and well needed massaged and a swim and sauna. Then a delicious lunch to finish off the morning. There were four of us and we had the place to ourselves. Just what we needed for a relaxing day.

VSL Beauty & Urban Retreat is a hidden gem of a private spa in Kingswood. Vanessa and Roseanne were so welcoming, friendly and amazing Dermalogica facialists. The private pool and sauna were so relaxing and lunch was a delicious afternoon tea. Looking forward to our next visit.

They looked after us attentively with breakfast , refreshments & a delicious afternoon tea ! The massage & facial they provided was fabulous.
