You sold the "right CTRL" to Windows, they turned it into "Copilot key" which is the most useless and time wasting key there ever was.

I bought my computer 2 years ago. It was still on warranty when I sent it, because the screen was just leaving. It came back 3 weeks later, perfect. It worked for 1 year, but a few weeks ago it began again, so I get my computer to a random shop. The guy discovered that it had been fixed with some GLUE?? That is how we repaire computers at Acer? The guy repaired again, with glue, he couldn’t do anything else. And now, sometimes, the computer just shut down with no reason. I paid 800€ for an “ecologic computer”, but for this price I would have loved to have a computer without these problems.

Bought an new acer nitro 17 (2K euros laptop) off alternate DE, after 6 months, my laptop wouldn't turn on anymore, it was still under warranty so I sent it to acer for repairs, waited 6 WEEKS for it to be repaired (they said my motherboard died and they replaced it) turned the laptop on, went to plug in all my things, and realised one of my USB ports isn't working... I am at a loss for words with the abysmal customer service and care, don't know what to do now, should I send it back and wait another 6 weeks or what? I need this laptop for my work.

Asprie 5-screen had pixel errors after half a year and needed to be replaced. During repairs they only replace parts with refurbished old parts.

When I got the laptop back the screen was somewhat looser than before. Now after almost 2 years screen doesn't open properly anymore.

Moreover the laptop has a faulty design in that the keyboard presses into the screen so that you see its marks on the screen.

And in addition to that the charger cable stopped working after 1,5 years.

Also I had very mixed experiences with customer service.

Acer, that was the last time I bought anything from you.

Last year I bought a Nitro 5 laptop for my gaming, It's solid to use without any problems, the price matches the specs, for sure if I upgrade the laptop, I will buy again the Acer brand. Thank you!

I surprised by the negative reviews. I have purchased Acer Swift314-512 laptop and I am very satisfied with the laptop. Long battery life, quality build and very nice design as well as very good performance. After being lenovo user over 10 years, I am glad to switching to Acer.

be aware if u order something from EU countries. the offer will only for Germany. therefore u wont get Cashback offers if u do not live in Germany and if u do not have german bank account.

There is no visible "will" or "intention" to provide a service to the client. Acer Germany has no "Service Offering". They do what is required by law and insist this is all they CAN and WANT do for you.

A product and service has to be seen as one "package". You get far less for your money at Acer Germany, than with any other competitive product that includes a tiny bit of "service".

To save money I suggest Acer Germany to get rid of the "service" employees altogether, reduces costs and clients will know from start that they do not have to expect any service. This will avoid disappointments and crushed hopes.

So we ordered acer aspire from amazon.de 750€. We are waiting three weeks now and it says out of stock, we will email you, your delivery date, soon as we have them back in stock.
So why I give 1 star?! It is bcause when I look at my orders in amazone there is option to order same item again. So when I tap on that option it is showing me the same lapto with same specs and there is 8 of them in stock only price is no more 750€ but 884€ ! ! So acer have them in stock on amazone but they change they're mind, they now want to sell it with much higher price tag. This is SCAM !

My device has no water damage at all, this is just maybe a little bit from smoking my vape device near the pc however you found a small trick to loose one customer, I will write my review and post it every ware even if you not gonna care about my options.
it was my first time to buy an expensive gaming pc from acer, all my friends warned me to buy it from acer but I did not listen to them, next time I would be more careful choosing my pc and now I have enough knowledge to warn the others.
