Bad shipping company
This isn’t necessarily the fault of the tire company but the company DPD that said my package pickup was in the wrong place and I finally called DPD to track it down and the telephone agent was very rude. I would never recommend DPD as they are racist and bigoted and uncaring.

The delivery company DPD
The delivery company DPD, used by Allopneus, fails to give full and informative information. My delivery order came as 2 parts. Part 1 successful and on time, however their site closed down any follow up and it seemed like part 2 had gone astray.
Using Allopneus chat was unhelpful, because it only gives replies to simple questions. When I eventually chatted with a human, she gave a perfect reply and a link to follow my second delivery item. Thankyou Ange.
