You sent me a ring we never looked at. We sent pictures of what we wanted came to your shoe room and picked out 2 rings. Once we negotiated price on the rings you sent us something of your choosing. I still don't have my refund even though we returned the rings in 24 hours directly to your store. Horrible experience and still no refund.
I thought the package needed to be signed for. It was just left at the front door.
I placed an order with Blue Nile and about a week later noticed that the diamond had been changed to a lower-grade stone without any notification. I immediately contacted customer service and was told that an exchange had been processed in their system. However, I never called or went online to request any exchange.
This felt very concerning and unprofessional, as I was never informed of any change to my order. I was told they would switch it back to the original diamond I had selected. After waiting a week and a half, I then received an email stating that the original diamond was now out of stock.
When I contacted customer service again, the representative was rude and unhelpful. I am currently still waiting on a refund for the ring.
Based on this experience, I will not shop with this company again. I also noticed that reviews on their website must be submitted directly to the company, which makes me question whether all customer experiences — especially negative ones — are being published.
The ring size was wrong! I waited over 6 weeks and the store rep didn’t give any updates or respond. Then I get the ring and it’s too big. It’s at least a 6.5 when it was supposed to be 6 then I contacted customer chat and they didn’t even apologize or seem to care. I would never ever use blue Nile again.

I love that Blue Nile has a diamond upgrade program that keeps the full value of your original purchase. The process is a little wonky and time consuming. When I was looking for a very specific diamond, I would have thought that the parent company, Signet, would allow a search across their entire diamond inventory across their multiple brands. I ended up going a little larger and spent more than planned since inventory at Blue Nile was fairly limited. In addition, you can somewhat follow the progress if you register for an account but would be nice if there was a way to better track each step. They definitely could use a technology upgrade. Other than that, the diamond expert was super helpful and I love the stone I purchased.

I bought a bracelet for my daughter in law for her master's degree. It was a beautiful gift, and I can't wait to give it to her.

The ring is absolutely gorgeous and the quality is magnificent. We also weren’t expecting the packaging. It came in a very sturdy and attractive display box. E will be purchasing from blue Nike in the future for sure. You’ve find a repeat customer.

Michael helped us out and he was great. He was helpful every step of the way and as attentive as a person can be. I have nothing but good things to say about my experience.

I ordered design your own 4 prong diamond earrings for a store pickup. The order arrived in store late and when went to finally pickup, the backs were not secure. This should have never passed a quality check.
I was told it is best to put in a repair order and now over 3 weeks later I still have no eta in when I will finally receive my order. The quality did not meet my expectations at all.
Called customer service, spoke to a customer rep with a luck lister attitude and was disconnected with zero call back.

I liked the selection and all the choices and discounts on the jewelry the downside was the sales lady was very rude I came in wearing casual clothes jeans and a t-shirt and she assumed what my budget was without any prior discussion about budget and was automatically pointing me to buy cheaper options than what I originally wanted

I submitted a repair December 7 and it’s not supposed to be done until April 9….that’s four months. That is an excessive wait time for a jewelry repair.

Recently ordered my wedding rings from Blue Nile and have had a very pleasant experience. I realised I forgot to add a $50 discount code when checking out, and instead of making a fuss, they just sent the money directly to my bank. Great company with great customer service they really do care.

Krista P. was very very helpful. Her response time was super quick, her emails were very informative and professional. She laid out all my options for my ring. She even took the time to find an order I had placed in 2012 to compare sizes! I could t be happier! (We had a handful of emails so I picked a random date below).

After spending thousands of dollars on a ring, we recently had to send back for a resizing and they did not send the ring back with the bigger box. Now, customer service is saying they will charge me for a new one. We followed instructions and would’ve never sent it if we knew that they would not send it back! This is not the kind of customer service I expect after spending thousands of dollars on a ring. I will no longer recommend to anyone!

We visited Blue Nile to purchase wedding rings after buying our engagement ring there a year ago. Being return customers, we received a discount. Cameron was amazing in helping us find the right ring and size! She was very knowledgeable. I surprised my fiancé there with another ring, which I called and set up the surprise with Chris. He was also great at making the surprise special. Thank you!

I have made a number of purchases over the years and every one of them has been professional, helpful and
‘classy!’ The presentation always impresses me, and of course the quality of your pieces is top shelf. I hope Blue Nile is around thru the end of time!

I ordered my other half an eternity ring, and usual, I ordered the wrong size...twice. They have been very good in the exchange process and keep me up to date when I ask for the status.
I've ordered several pieces and they never disappoint.

The selection of items and the quality of the two rings that I purchased was exceptional. I loved the fast shipping and the secure way the rings were packaged.

They are “partnered” with one of the shadiest loan companies you will ever have to deal with, which is basically in itself a fraud company, making Blue Nile an accomplice to that.
They have the same “problem” that caused student loan defaults like crazy, ACH payments “accidentally failing” and an excessively corrupt and useless beaurocratic structure that both racks up late fees and hurts your credit and makes it difficult to pay even if you have the money and want to do so.
And of course they fight you like hell and lawyers don’t usually want to touch it either because it has even gone to Congress as an issue and they won’t even touch it.
Avoid buying from this company, it is like the plague.
