Package never arrived, but says delivered
Package marked as delivered at 9:28am. Have a door camera, no one delivered a package to my home. Checked with neighbors, nothing delivered to them by mistake. This is the second time this has happened. Will never receive follow-up as I never did with the other package.
Missing Package
Again a message that the parcel was delivered, but no where to be found. The delivery "person" did not ring the doorbell, did not knock on windows, did not deliver at neighnours or did not leave a message where the parcel was to be found. They are like the Easter Bunny, you have to look where you find the egg or the parcel. So parcel is missing. 1 star for leaving a message. rest of service is very bad.

If I could give zero stars, I would.
I ordered from Shein, and Gofo was responsible for delivering my package to my apartment in Paris. They sent me a photo showing the parcel supposedly inside my mailbox as “proof of delivery.” However, when I checked my mailbox the very same day, there was nothing there.
Despite this, Gofo considers the photo sufficient evidence that the delivery was completed. I never received the package, yet they refuse to take responsibility or issue a reimbursement.
This is unacceptable and extremely frustrating. A photo does not replace an actual delivery. Very disappointing service.
CIRRO and GOFO are a scam
Gofo parcelservice never delivered my parcels..., yet send pics that they did.
Then after complaining about the fake delivery pictures this company CIRRO responded? to let me know that they DID deliver...An annoying robot answer on qgepeat.After calling the Gofo and Cirro (the same it seam)and 3times a rude person lying and hanging up.I got a sortof helpful guy telling me my parcel was delivered on a adress in a complete different block.When i arrived the people told me that the delivery guy acted weird and pushed the bag in their hands and left!It was open!!! They tried asking the guy about but he left.and half the order was missing..The delivery picks were not from that adress either..
So weird . Its a true scamservice.
THEY SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS
This is hands down one of the worst package delivery experiences I’ve ever had. I have been waiting over two weeks for my shipment, and all I keep hearing is that there is an “address issue,” with no explanation and no resolution.
Contacting customer service is a nightmare. You are forced through an endless automated system that actively blocks you from speaking to a real person. When I finally managed to reach an agent—three separate times—I was told the exact same thing each time: that my order would be “reapproved for shipping within three days.”
Every time I call back, nothing has changed. No shipment. No follow-up. No accountability. Just the same scripted response and more wasted time.
This company is completely unreliable, inefficient, and deeply frustrating to deal with. I cannot imagine why any business would trust them with package delivery. If you value your time—or your customers—look elsewhere
Just chuck it on the snowbank, why not?
This evening (after dark—it’s relevant), I got the notification that my package was delivered, and I checked my front porch within a minute of the notification. Nothing there. So I check by the garage and go out and check my mailbox. Nothing in the mail or newspaper slot.
Fortunately I was lucky enough to slip on an ice patch in the curb in front of my mailbox, and when I put my hand on the snowbank for balance, I noticed the snow looked weird. After looking closely (it was dark), I found it was a soft, white package. They threw it on a snowbank and just left it there. There was a perfectly good mailbox or newspaper slot at the same height, about 18” away. Or 20 feet away they could have put it by my garage or front door, neither of which have ice near them. But no, they couldn’t be bothered. Just chucked it on a snowbank and hope for the best.
We’re getting more snow tonight, so I’m thankful I slipped on the ice, or I wouldn’t have found the package until the spring!!
Absolutely horrible! Never buying from Temu again
Absolutely horrible! Can't reach them by phone (only a weird AI robotvoice answers) and they ever delivers my parcel from Temu. Worst company ever. NEVER BUYING FROM TEMU AGAIN!!!!

I would give them less stars if I could.
Since may, I have dealt with so many mistakes. Let me start with the fact that they do not give you a date or a time of day, they just say: “your pakkage will be delivered within two to four days”. That’s completely normal, right, expecting you to stay home for four days, right? Wrong!
Then on the delivery day, you do not get an email with a period of time to be at home, they just expect you to be home all day. But that is completely normal, right? Wrong!
Now, if it stopped there, it would already deserve less than three stars. But it doesn’t. Even if you stay home all day, they sometimes say that you weren’t at home (I think when they have a hard time finding a home, with gps), cause being a delivery driver, it’s completely normal to suck at your job even if the computer tells you exactly where to go, right? Wrong!
Now, I stopped ordering at SHEIN because they did nothing to remedy this. And now, I also can no longer order at Temu because even though they know what’s going on, they can’t seem to care.
Now, all three of these companies swear they have humans in customer service, but they can’t have actual humans there. The amount of dumb, non-caring replies is infuriating. Fake being a human better.
But cirro parcel (now gofo) takes it to another level. They tell you to contact them “for a new delivery appointment” so you first try with the online bot. That tells you it’s completely human, so we believe it, right? Wrong! Still the same nonsensical reactions to what you are saying.
Cirro parcels customer service is so bad, they “fake human” even worse! So, what do you do when you can’t talk to a human online, you call them, right? Wrong! I started calling them on a Monday at 08:30 in the morning, I kept on their a s s for hours! Calling, calling, calling, throwing my phone, calling calling, having a distressing karenized mental breakdown, thus throwing the phone again. No one picked up. They didn’t even have one of those tape thingies where they tell you to stay on the line for when they’re less busy. Nope, don’t even bother.
I really tried with this horrible company. And, yes, I’m posting this on the Temu and SHEIN one as well.
Give yourself a break, pay a little extra so you don’t have to deal with this company. If SHEIN and Temu would no longer work with them, I would order with them again, right away. As it stands now, I can’t. Sort of sad about it. Mostly because I have to push all of those kareny feelings down because who wants to be Karen? Not me! only because I wanna save a couple of pennies? No way! Anywho, run, don’t walk, when you see a company who works with them. Run the other way fast!
They don't take you serious
This delivery company doesn't even deserve a star. I ordered some dresses on Shein for a summer holiday and they ended up only delivering one item. For them not delivering the rest of my items forced me to order different items from a different website. I wrote Cirroparcel an email twice (no response), called them trice (no one picked up). Very poor service.

Live parcel tracking is a joke, waited in all day as they stated out for delivery. Then at 20:50...Changed to preparing for delivery. There is no live tracking and there is no customer service. If you are ordering from abroad make sure they do not use this company for last mile.

The packages arrive whenever Cirro decides to deliver them. No prior info. No possibility to re-direct or choose another day or time. Their new website GoFo is even worth. Their chatrobot understands 5 words and that's the help you get

My first experience with Cirro has, let's say, room for improvement. Cirro is just another courier with an obvious tradition of not ringing or knocking, but just leaving a package at the door without notice.

The delivery person takes a photo of my front door and claims that he delivered it, but that's not true because I was on vacation. They do absolutely NOTHING. Just never order from TEMU again, because they keep it for themselves.
