Deporvillage is 'good' as long as you…

Deporvillage is good as long as you don't have to return an item. Then you are in big trouble! I bought 2 sweatshirts in M and L. Both prices were ever changing as well as delivery price. I tried to return the L three times, twice through EVRi who are less than useless and finally through Royal Mail. When the return arrived Deporvillage flatly refused to accept it. I still haven't received the item back and therefore out of pocket to the tune of £100+! Avoid unless you KNOW exactly what you want and HOPE it arrives in the quality and condition you were expecting 🙏 #verydisappointed #avoiddeporvillage #awfulcustomerservice

The client service horrible.

The client service is just not existent. The products are delivered to the wrong place ant the provider did not react to my countless emails whatsoever. only the distributor was very helpful with this situation. Deporvillage clearly failed here. Also the way they send the package is unnecessarily wasteful for the environment. I would not order again.

The direct experience with deporvillage…

The direct experience with deporvillage was really good as they shipped the item and have found a really good deal for some powerslide skates.
The disaster was the Royal Mail. They didn’t leave the card and was hard to book a redelivery. Kept at the phone for hours and after all they attempted the delivery the wrong day a few times.

Terrible attitude and support

I have chosen this merchant and based on the reviews from the trustpilot. However I have been deeply unsatisfied with behaviour and the support I have received. I have bought goggles to be specific, with quite significant imperfections but to my lack of fortune it wasn’t in the first 24 hours from receiving the order. This has created problem because despite contacting the support I have received answer to only first of my emails. I’ve contacted the support with this issue and they just told me that 24 hours had passed and so I am on my own. I would like to warn everybody from buying anything from merchant. The way I see it and way they behave it’s very fishy maybe even scam because if you were to issue warranty you’d be left on your own.

One star is too much. DIABOLICAL EXPERIENCE

Courier failed to collect return on booked day. Courier unable to process return digitally. Return not acknowledged until chased. Lost £20.07 on posting the return back. Credit not received on return until chased. Finally, after sitting on my money for several weeks, INSTEAD OF CREDITING THE VISA, THEY DEBITED IT AGAIN for the return value. So now I am £189.90 out of pocket. You can't speak to anyone there, their web chat is unresponsive, they are completely unprofessional and it has been a nightmare from start to finish. DON'T EVER BUY FROM DEPORVILLAGE!!!
