Very expensive and legall thieves.

U cant belive how they take your money.
I get one invoice with summan 460 kr.
I have spent 70 kwh wich is costing 50 kr in the incoice that they have sent.
The rest 410 kr is avtalavgift, service avgift etc etc.
How can they take 460 kr if u spent only 50 kr .
They take 9 times more then what u spent.
They are legall thieves.
I cant belive it.

This is a horrible company that…

This is a horrible company that harasses it's previous customers. When you have changed to another supplier E.ON will keep calling you trying to get you back, even when you tell them to stop calling. Unbelievable!
I have told them that I will NEVER choose them again, so stop calling.

In 2025 famili with 2, 6 years old kids living in house with now elecricity ,today was 6 degrees + in house !Eon dasent worried ,thay only call you whan you dont pay !

Eon does not care about their customers. They have an arrogant customer support, a cynic approach to business and I would never recommend them to anyone. Never, never, never Eon again. Ever!!!!!

Worst customer service ever

Customer service are people with no service mind at all. They sent me gas invoices of wrong apartment and said they can’t correct the invoices. I have to contact a company I have never heard to correct E.on’s invoices. As a customer, I don’t know what company E.on works with and I don’t care about E.on’s administration. They don’t care about their mistakes because customers have to correct their mistakes and pay for their wrong bills.

Criminals

Don't sign up with these crooks. I had a subscription that was fixed to the apartment I had rented. Exuberant prices is one thing, but the fact that they have send me a final bill to my old address, after they had sent a closure letter to my new address, explaining that my subscription had now ended, is just ridiculous.

The bill of course went to inkasso and they would in no way take back the inkasso, even though they recognised they had sent it to the wrong address. How much of a douchebag can you be?

Steer clear of this one.

Incompetent is just the start

The absolute most incompetent and shameful company I have yet to witness. They send bills to dead people even though they have been informed. Also keep sending bills that does not even concern the person. Does not matter at all if you attempt to contact them, they will either not respond or do absolutely nothing. I believe their full intention is to send spam bills to people who does not even live in the place. And hoping someone will just pay it thinking they missed something. Never sign a contract or work with E.on, no matter what country.

Poor customer service and poor executed solutions

Apparently only one person can be associated with the subscription, meaning that only that person can access their app, and follow power usage ect. I have tried to get in contact with the company for a weak, and they only have phone access to customer support, however their horrible phone solution is over-encumbered and just kicks you off line. This is the last season with E.ON.

My negative experience when I bought air-air heat pump från E.on

On July 1st, I ordered an air-air heat pump to be installed on August, 4th starting at 11.30 a.m.
E.on then contracted a company called Kylslaget to make the installation. Two days before the installation, Kylslaget informed me that they could be two hours late. When the installer finally arrived, it was 14.00.

The installer from Kylslaget was supposed to bring a heat pump protective casing, but he didn’t. He blamed logistics and complained about how Kylslaget had outsourced the stockpile to some other company and everything was chaos according to the installer. The installation dragged on and the installer kept demanding coffee every 20 minutes. When the job was finished, he stayed on and we couldn’t get him out of the house. My wife had to bring him outside ‘to look at the installation’ to try to get rid of him. He then started playing with the dog and started talking about how he hated people and liked animals. My wife finally got rid of him after one hour and several attempts like ‘I really don’t have time’ and’ I have an appointment’, and so on.

The protective casing was supposed to be delivered by someone else at a later point in time. We contacted E.on värmepumpar customer service and Kylslaget several times to enquire about the casing.

A customer service person called and apologized for the delay. She asked me what kind of compensation I would like. I suggested the cost of the protective casing (3 500 kr) in light of all the trouble we had had. I didn’t hear from her again and when I asked E.on Värmepumpar I was told that they had not heard about any compensation and had not spoken to anyone from customer service.

After almost a month, a casing was delivered - but the wrong type of protective casing. So we had to make more calls to E.on Värmepumpar and send emails to Kylslaget.

E.on Värmepumpar then called and said that Kylslaget would install the protective casing for free. Kylslaget hadn’t been informed about this. On September 8th they sent a new installer. The first installer had not taken the protective casing into consideration when he placed the gantry on the ground and had placed the gantry and the heat pump too close to the wall. So the new installer had to disconnect everything and tweak everything so that the protective casing could be squeezed in. Now, the whole pump protective casing tilts five degrees and the On/Off switch can only be reached if you remove the entire roof of the casing.

This whole deal has been poorly managed from the start and the end result is not to our satisfaction. When paying the full price, you should be able to count on a professional installation without any mishaps or slip-ups.

As a final twist, we got the invoice - without any deduction.
