Excellent value for money, super quality and a nice fit

Did not even attempt to deliver my items but says out of delivery.
Customer care number not working, not responding to emails and no refund as well. Scammed

I have bought online premium cotton solid shirt for man (Silver) X 1 XL (42). Quality of shirt is not so good as they mentioned premium cotton. I tried to connect to customer care but their phone call is coming switch off continuously. Also, I sent them an email but they dis not reply......
I lost my harden money .

Ordered a shirt of L size, and Skin color shirt. where as the received shirt size was XL, and color was Yellow. immediatly wrote an e-mail. and retured the shirt through speed post, (parcel reached to Frank shop(sms confirmation from Speed post) no response from the company neither through e-mail nor through parcel.

Frankshop shirts review--very bad, i order one colour shirt pay in advance also ,but they delivered another colour which is very bad colour and since last one week no landline no Call : +91 88829 01347 switch off and no response for my mail which sent to Email reflected in website--from last 7 days

Frankshop is a fraud and they are doing an scam while showing something else and sending totally different item and the most treble quality i have ever seen.
Additionally there is no return policy and nether anyone is responding over mail or whatsaap msg.
They should be booked for this fraud .

Totally waste no one responding order delivery takes more than 15days so better close the website and give me proper response

They have delivered white shirt in place of sky blue shirt ordered. Quality of the shirts are very poor. Return policy is vague, customer has to ship the product

I have received different colour short my order id #F156018, I sent an email multiple times and called him multiple times no one is responding and as per there policy mentioned there no option to return or replace the order, I feel very bad about this.

My dad ordered Shirts for him, we pre paid for the order and yet there is no update of ordered product, even there is no reply from them even if we tried to reached out to their official email id. We haven't received any update nor product.
