Great products, fast service

The shop offers a very good choice of underwear, and I have been ordering from here even after moving out of Denmark. The packaging and delivery was executed perfectly this time.

Super efficient service and great prices too.

I rarely, if ever, do this. Give a recommendation based on a one off purchase on a web shop. I am inspired to do so on this occasion because the whole experience has been outstanding.
My wife saw som jogging pants that she thought that I would like. I had been looking for some, so it wasn’t a totally random recommendation. I looked for them online and found them here, and at almost half price of the same pair my wife had seen. Free shipping too. I order the size that I thought was right but they frlt a bit big. I placed another order for the size smaller. Both orders came super quick. I returned the one that I felt that didn’t fit best. I sent them on a Friday night and on the Tuesday morning, I received a mail that they had been returned and my refund was en route.

All in all it was seamless. I’ll be back.

Like yourself we rarely comment on Trustpilot, unless there are questions or negative critique involved.

However, when someone takes the time to fully describe the stages of the purchase and why you will be returning again we are compelled to respond. First of all thank you for taking the time to give this review.
Naturally, good reviews helps our business to grow. But, more importantly and particularly in this case, this review will be forwarded to relevant colleagues as a well deserved appreciation of their work. Colleagues who work in the "pick'n pack" and was responsible for getting both orders shipped out quickly and also our very competent colleague Mia in customer service, who made sure your return shipment was handled correctly.
Everybody needs appreciation and though we are good at doing it internally, when it comes externally from a customer who experiences the sum of our efforts it has quite another impact.

So again thank's for taking the time.

Just bought 2 pairs of 3/4 long johns …

Just bought 2 pairs of 3/4 long johns OK they where CHEAP !! after 1 wash the sewing on 1 pair has GONE,meaning they are now Finnish- ed , no longer danish . ( RESTERØDS, don't buy them )

Eventhough the long johns were cheap, they shouldn't be of poor quality. Please contact customer service to have this issue resolved. (You can refer to this Trustpilot dialogue with me.)
