Lowcost-ripoff

As a previous regular customer of lowcostholidays, I was always happy with the price, quality and customer service of this company - our last holiday literally being a couple of weeks before they went bust in the UK, evidently relocating to Spain.
This apparently, voided hardworking Brits from claiming via the ATOL protection! Really!! weren't we all supposed to be European's!?
As far as I'm concerned, I say, 'Brexit bring it on!'

FRAUD

This was a big-set up fraud by big boys but have taken few years to plan this horrible scam. I paid £400 for Hotel booking in ANTALYA but had to pay again as the hotel didnt receive any payment from Lowcostholidays. Scams are very much active in the TRAVEL Industry.
The government should protect people who havent paid by card as I paid cash through my workplace via WORLDCHOICE ACAS payment scheme.
The fraudsters must of made couple of hundred milion pounds because there yearly turnover was over £500m. The administrator handling this liquadation arent also bothered because no body is asking" where is the money gone. Shame on authorities who cannot do anything, if a poor person thieves can of COLA from shop they get locked up.

you should be sued

You have given us a bad experience and taken our money, days before going into liquidation and knowing that you were in crisis position, giving us little time to rearrange or sort out.
You should be compensating us and not the banks or credit card companies.
Unlikely to book any discount or low cast holiday again thanks to your company.

Unhappy

Booked one week in albufeira on 24th January 2016. Found out at end of july, that lowcostholidays never booked our apartment or paid the hotel. Booked flights directly with ryanair, but now have no accommodation. Booked hotel with lowcostholidays in ireland. Not happy that they can take a customers money and not be held accountable. This was booked 6 months ago.

Extremely disappointing

I booked a £915 holiday on 13th of July for my boyfriend's birthday. The company went into administration 2 days later.
I only found out about it on the news that evening.
As a student, I had to save up for a whole year before booking the holiday. It's not only disappointing, but fraudulent to charge me for the full amount when they KNEW they were going into administration.
I didn't have enough savings to book another holiday.
Luckily my bank has been great about it, and hopefully I'll get my money back eventually.

Horror

Same problems as others.
Hotel booked over two weeks ago. 5 days later lowcost out of service (15th), another 4 days later they cancelled our reservation without any info. Yesterday the awesome email........called the hotel and they confirmed the cancellation. Had to rebook through another site.
Now trying to get my money back via the credit card prov.

Arrived to find no booking

Arrived at 1am to find that the hotel had no record of my booking and was full had to find somewhere else. Hotel was not helpful. Very bad service from low cost holidays who have taken money and not provided a booking
