Avoid this place
Avoid this place if you don't want disappointment & inefficiency.
I had a very disappointing experience with this service in The Mill Diamonds Amsterdam - Rokin. The man came across as arrogant and dismissive, making me feel more like a burden than a valued customer. Instead of offering real support or solutions, they brushed off my concerns and provided vague, unhelpful answers. What should have been a simple request turned into a frustrating experience with no resolution.
''I don't have time for this!'' he said whilst being asked to look at a ring purposing resizing
'' You should already have the papers'' he abruptly approached whilst asking for another service
And of course, many other comments which are not customer oriented, nor service focused in a shop which supposed to be reputable.
Not only was the treatment unprofessional, but the inefficiency in actually addressing the issue was unhelpful and useless. I left feeling frustrated, unheard, and certain that I will not be returning, although I was keen to make a purchase. A business that treats its customers this way clearly does not value them.
