Further abysmal customer service
So as per my previous review I am having issues with an exchange/refund for my 92 year old mother. So after 2 calls to customer service to register my complaint I have never received a reply. So emailed Saturday got a reply on Sunday morning from Brandon, great thought we were getting somewhere. I sent images of the information he required on Monday. It is now Thursday and I have received no response for my email and so obviously no conclusion to the matter. I am complaining about customer service and this is just compounding the issue with the latest lack of response.

My order hadn't arrived i emailed customer service and they were excellent in sorting out my order immediately. I didn't expect to hear of them straight away as it was a weekend but that didn't matter. I was immediately offered a refund or replacement.

Trouble with discount code

Not fit for purpose……bad customer service
I bought two packs of the non-VPL midi knickers which were a perfect fit when I put them on. However, within 15 minutes of wearing and walking about in them, they slipped right down. I took the unworn set back to ask for a refund and they refused. I explained that they were not fit for purpose, totally unusable for me, but they still refused to refund or give me a credit note. Will never buy from them again…totally unreasonable and no sign anywhere that underwear will not be refunded under ANY circumstances… manager was rude in Uckfield…not a good experience

I have returned items to this company over 2 weeks ago .No refund as they have not received items .I have proof of postage but they say the refund lies with Evri ? Evri havecsaid they won't issue it as Peacocks should do it .

Peacocks the only store with more than 24hrs in a day
I ordered on line and paid for express delivery, that is delivery within 48 hours. The next day i was messaged to say my parcel was being delivered. It didnt arrive, nor did it arrive the next day. No explanation was offered. The next day(day 3) it finally arrived with 2 adress labels, one on top of the other meaning it had gone to the wrong adress I assume, covered in mud. Peacocks refused to refund the express delivery as they say it came within the 48 hours. They must have more than 24hrs in their days? No appology just a very blunt person on the phone which i had to resort to after no explaination was offered via email.(several of them).I wont be using them again.

Online customer services as bad as Instore at Peacocks
I wrote a review 6 days ago about how badly I was treated by the manager/shop assistant in Peacocks store when I went to pick up my online parcel. She was very rude to me and she messed up my online return, typing in zero pounds instead of the refund amount. She took the item from me quickly enough!
Now, Peacocks online, who are supposed to be dealing with the matter, are proving to be just as bad. I emailed them about the messed up return - and the nasty shop assistant - and sent them all the documention confirming the item had been returned instore and that I had received £0.00 because of the incompetence and rudeness of the member of staff in the shop who was too busy talking to her colleagues to serve anyone and was furious when asked to help.
They have replied, telling me to go back into the shop and return the item!
I need to go to my bank now to resolve this.

Very poor quality…
I purchased three roll neck tops from Peacocks and unfortunately I washed them prior to having a good look at them. The fabric is so thin and see through. They are very short and one had holes in it. Lesson learned always check before you wash anything!
Disgusting customer service
I was wrongly advised by the store assistant. I bought a faulty jumper online using clearpay Took to store to return and assistant said she could refund it I opened the clearpay card on my phone for it to be refunded but was refused apparently it had to go through the till, received an email confirming. Return instantly but not for full refund it exc. postage because faulty goods purchased online have to be returned via post confirmed by customer service by phone instore Resolution of postage refund appeared in clearpay account within 2 days Still awaiting refund of item to be processed to clearpay now 25th Jsnuary. 2 further clearpay payments due for a purchase returned 2 weeks ago! 2 emails to Peacocks customer care with a reply claiming refund had been processed but still no refund or response to 3rd email
Positive experience at Warminster shop
The shop in Warminster had a good range of products, well displayed for easy perusal.
The young male staff member didn't hassle me, but was really friendly and helpful.

I shop regularly at Peacocks and their clothes etc. are fairly priced and there is an excellent choice. My most recent order was done online, to be collected at Peacocks store. Evri attempted delivery twice but after the shop has closed (how stupid) so I used the Web Chat. Brandon was really helpful and friendly and resolved the issue for me

I wouldn’t even give them 1 star if possible. Returned a full order to them on 14th Dec via Evri. Have proof order was collected by Evri but Peacocks saying they never received it. Evri can’t find it, have been bounced between both companies and neither will take any responsibility for this leaving me out of pocket for the order. Peacocks customer service send the same template responses to complaints, lie to you to get you off the phone or just ignore you altogether. Will never order from them again. Dreadful company keeping customers money rather than investigating an issue properly and refunding the customer when it’s no fault of their own.
