Zeko’s authentication service was a breeze to work with. She is so detail oriented and her turnaround time was super fast, within a few hours of me submitting all the pictures with her assistant. I just received my certificate of authenticity from Zeko on a Chanel I purchased from a personal shopper that I had not used before. I ordered a macro lens, and I took my photos based off of the photo link that was emailed to me as examples of how she wanted the photos taken. Riri (Zeko’s assistant) is the absolute sweetest with the best service, and Zeko is the most famous authenticator for Chanel for a reason. At times I wanted to rip my head off for all the pictures and angles needed for the authentication process with macro lens but it’s 10000% worth it (you also can send it to them directly). The attention to detail and up to date knowledge is well worth the cost, and guarantees the best authentication process ever.
