Worst thing ever
Worst thing ever. Totally unreliable. Battery disaster. Charger disaster. Location updates terrible. Regular interruptions. Digital experience horrible. Support non-existing. Save your money and monthly sim fees and spend them on a better solution.
Gifted the watch to my son for Xmas
Gifted the watch to my son for Xmas - unable to register it as no sim arrived. Customer services ignoring my emails/requests for support. It’s now mid February! Also been paying a subscription since August (this watch was a replacement). Beyond disappointed!
Urge you all having the same issue to log the issue with your banks!

I ordered an xplora watch from over 2 weeks ago and it was supposed to arrive in 7 working days but an extra week is gone and it is still not here. I logged a ticket but they did not get back I have a very disappointed child and I am 22p euro lighter. It doesn't feel right. Do not buy!!!

Bought into the Xplora app through a HMD phone for my kid, the combination promised tracking, and control over the kids phone including blocking social media and internet access if desired. Seemed good at first , not easy to set up but we got there. But then a few weeks later my kid is sat watching YouTube on his phone! The YouTube app is blocked , the chrome and internet explorer apps are blocked. Turns out that by tapping on the weather on the Home Screen it takes you to an app called ‘google at a glance’ the what looks like a weather app is providing an internet browser….and worse, it can’t be blocked. Utter disappointment, the tracking function has never worked, the parental controls have ways around. I’m paying a monthly subscription for a service that I’m not getting.
Good watch, disappointing customer service
We are very happy with the watch itself. It works reliably and we haven’t had any technical issues so far.
The only downside is the customer service. We contacted them once using the standard contact form but never received a response.
Apart from that, the watch does exactly what it is supposed to do and we are satisfied with the product overall.
Misleading subscription & inconsistent billing
I purchased an Xplora smartwatch with the clear understanding that it included a “Xplora Basic 12 Months upfront” mobile subscription. This wording is explicitly stated in the official welcome and activation email I received from Xplora.
However, months later, customer support is now claiming that the subscription was not upfront, but a monthly €7.99 contract, which directly contradicts their own written confirmation.
What makes this even more concerning:
If this was truly a monthly subscription, why were no monthly invoices issued since August 2025?
Why does only a single invoice suddenly appear for January 2026, after months of no billing at all?
This inconsistent billing history strongly suggests that the subscription was treated as upfront for 12 months, until Xplora decided otherwise.
This is misleading at best and feels like a classic case of changing terms after purchase. Customers should not have to argue against the company’s own emails to prove what they bought.
Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend Xplora unless this issue is resolved transparently and fairly.
Watch is OK, customer support is terrible
I had a relatively minor issue with my son's watch, he couldn't download a watch face in the marketplace so I logged it with the support team. After 2 whole weeks they replied with this request without offering any actual assistance. I'd have an easier time applying for a mortgage. This is probably the worst initial "customer support" response I've ever had...
Invoice of the watch including the order number
IMEI number of the watch (found in the settings of the watch and on the watch's box)
Provider of the SIM-card you are using in your watch
ICC number of the SIM-card, if you have a subscription with us (long number on the back of your SIM-card)
Photo of the watch
Photo or screenshot of the error message, if available
Any other relevant information that may help us better understand the issue you're experiencing

Great product if you worry that an expensive version by other brands is likely to get damaged. Its not swimming wsterproof either. However the after sales service is appauling. Weve had a payment issue with the sim card and although reaching out to resolve this, xplora "get back to you as we are too busy reponse" is far from the experience a parent should recieve. They have now stopped the sim, and we are waiting for a reply.
What an absolute pile of steaming dung…
What an absolute pile of steaming dung these watches are. First off they are massive and look shite, in fact my daughters friends take the piss out of her calling it a Temu watch, yes it's that shit 10 year old kids take the piss out of it.
But the ridicule isn't the problem we can deal with that. The problem is xplora keep blocking the SIM. It has been blocked again today for the third time in two months. We hardly make any calls to the watch or use it for tracking as our daughter wears it to school and it's only for emergency if we need to contact her. Since it was last block we have made about 2 calls and maybe 10 texts to the watch yet it has again been blocked for excessive usage.
Also it has been having problems charging the last few weeks and we only started using it in October 2025.
It really is a pile of steaming shite and I would advise anyone thinking about this watch, do yourself a favour and steer well clear of it.
It's an expensive pile of steaming Temu looking watch that you can't use a lot of the time.
Terrible Customer Service
Had no issue with the watch but customer service is appalling. Sent a request over a week ago for help with an issue, got an acknowledgement but absolutely nothing since. No way of contacting them other than sending more and more messages!
Absolutely disgusting service
Absolutely disgusting service. Emailed them 27 Dec as could not activate SIM, was taking me to a page that said product not available. No contact number and no response to emails, absolute charlatans. Avoid. Bandits. Eventually replied 3 weeks later asking me to clarify something then pushed back to the end of the queue. Still waiting.
Total scam. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. NON EXISTING CUSTOMER SERVICE
I ordered the Xplora 6 watch for my son as a Christmas gift. He is in year 6 and walks to/ from school. This smart watch was intended to help with communication before/ after school and to help delay buying a smart phone.
We tried to connect it after Christmas and there were several issues. I sent 4 emails/ messages between the app and their website.
No one replied.
Then we realised the battery showed very limited life - not long enough to last a full school day.
Again I sent a message and no reply.
I decided- based on their awful customer support, to return the watch for a refund.
I paid for it to be sent with recorded delivery. Royal Mail confirmed it was delivered to Xplora on 6th Jan 26. Almost two weeks later I have still not received a single reply to the total of 9 emails I have sent them. No confirmation of receipt from Xplora or any other communication.
They have taken my money- total scammers. How can they get away with this??
Scam warning - avoid at all costs
No stars. This company is a scam. Ordered a Fusion phone for my son and it took 2 weeks to be sent. In that time I took the opportunity of what I should have done first and check their reviews.
I decided that I would reject the phone and I asked for a refund.
Support is shocking to none existent. I eventually got an email about a week after sending my request. Then another 2 weeks to actually get the return agreed.
I sent it by tracked FedEx delivery at my cost with the instructions and provide them with the tracking information.
I'm still waiting for a refund and it's now nearly a month and a half since that process was started and a month next week since the phone was delivered back to them.
Now 'support' have gone silent and ignoring request for an update.
They are nothing more than thieves. Avoid or use at your own peril!
I'm now taking them to court out of principle as I've had enough of being treated like an idiot.
Do not buy these
Do not buy these. They are so cheaply made. Hidden fees they don't tell you about. Complete joke. Ruined my daughters Christmas. Complete scam
This company is a joke..
This company is a joke... we bought an item using a corporate credit card and had to ask them 5 times to update the invoice to include our fiscal details. It took nearly a month to get an answer and they said they cannot update the invoice, which is not true, they just couldn't be bothered doing it.
Also, upon purchasing their website did NOT provide the opportunity to provide fiscal details for the invoice and just automatically replicated the shipping details for fiscal details for the invoice.
We will definitely not be purchasing anything from this company again, as they are totally not suited for business to business sales.
Bought watch for daughters Xmas…
Bought watch for daughters Xmas present. No SIM card so won’t work. Messaged, emailed and no response from company. Emailed again explaining want to return a now taken 3 weeks to get a reply saying confirm our details then a label will come, this was 3 days ago still no reply. Awful customer service want label so can return for full refund
I ordered a watch for my daughters…
I ordered a watch for my daughters christmas present. I've followed the process but unfortunately it won't allow me to sign up to a subscription, it doesn't recognise the sim. I've contacted customer service multiple times over the past 2 weeks and got another beyond an automated response. Customer service is non-existent! I'm left with a watch that doesn't work and no way to sort the situation!
cannot activate watch, 2 weeks on.
I have bought my daughter an xplora watch for her christams.
Following the process, I tried to activate it on the 25th of December. They took my money for the yearly sim subscription but I never received the much needed watch telephone number.
I have since then sent multiple emails both to the support email and through the contact form online.
Just one answer (we have been experiencing issues... blabla).
Now I cannot return the watch through amazon since the return date is passed and I am angry with the poor customer service.
This companies customer service is extremely poor.
This companies customer service is a joke in the Uk. God forbid you have a problem and look to contact them as the automated response with promise of them contacting you within 14days is laughable in a digital environment they portray to excel in. My request was for them to resend the “activation code” as we’d somehow lost or never received first time around. A simple case of resending the original email if you ask me but several days on were still waiting any sort of response that will resolve this issue. Unacceptable customer service, especially when it’s letting children down before they’ve even gotten connected.
