Having multiple policies already in place with Youi, I started to apply for Business Insurance on their web site and requested a call back as I needed some assistance. Tim from Youi phoned me back within minutes!! He was super helpful and now have our Business Insurance Policy done. Caravan Insurance
Well we do have quite a few policies with Youi and were surprised that Youi's quote for a caravan was some what more than other companies, they did offer a 10% discount which brought the quote within the ball park of the other companies price, we would preferably like to deal with the one Company only a one year deal.

I have been very disappointed with my claims experience with Youi. Youi is your new best friend when you are taking out, or renewing, a new policy with them but at the other end of the stick the Claims Department has provided a very poor customer experience for my building and contents claim. The Senior Claims Assessor was never available to discuss the claim, rarely returned phone calls, then took over eight weeks to assess our claim. Overall our claims experience with Youi has been exceptionally frustrating, and I have subsequently moved our other insurance policies away from them as well, as I no longer have faith in this Insurer.

Effortless policy changes
We are buying a new car, trading in our old one. It was so easy with Youi to arrange a timeline for cancelling the old policy and getting the Certificate of Currency for the new car so we can drive away knowing we have full coverage for the new car and the accessories. We even managed to save a few $ a month on the new fully comprehensive policy with windscreen cover.

I was nervous about insurance, turns out you just needed to talk to the right person. I spoke to Janet, Janet was the nicest, kindest, most easy going, people person I’ve ever had the pleasure of speaking to.
Not only did she help me with the right insurance but she took the time to make me feel comfortable with my choices, helped me when I got stuck and showed me there is still good in people.
Her people manner on the phone was 10/10, she spoke with such kindness and passion.
She sure made my life 10 times easier in one phone call.
