Your.Rentals contacted me today; and spent 45 mins on the phone, assuring me that they would help me in every way possible. Maria was a very patient employee and I am looking forward to a fruit... See more

My problem was resolved quickly by their team. Very helpful and responsive.
I had a problem with a booking that I thought overlapped another 1. Dates were blocked on my calender so shouldn't have been able to book. My mistake was for 2027 not 2026. However. The pricing I'd only done to end of December 2026 so automatic pricing had been used which was way under my usual pricing. Contacted customer support and Anne was brilliant. She straight away put my account onto review to book rather than automatically accept bookings while was being looked into. Escalated my problem to resolution centre so as not to receive any charges for cancelling the booking. Kept me informed throughout. Brilliant service and communication.
We booked a villa through AirBnb and the host was Your.Rentals for September/October 2025 and the entire experience was a disaster. Shortly before arrival, the host began messaging us on WhatsApp instead of using Airbnb, which immediately struck us as unprofessional. When we questioned unexpected extra charges that had never been listed including fees for towels and linen the host became defensive, rude, and outright hostile. We had also been promised, once we made the booking that we would receive a 50% discount on air conditioning, which was suddenly refused when it came time to pay.
The situation escalated quickly. The host started calling one of us names via WhatsApp and behaving in a way we would never expect from someone supposedly running a hospitality business. By the time we arrived at the villa, we had already lost all trust in the booking and the host.
We viewed the property for about five minutes and found it dirty, outdated, and nothing like the listing photos in our view. Following Airbnb’s instructions, we decided not to stay. Instead of handling the situation professionally, the host then made extremely serious accusations against us including claiming that we had stolen items from the villa worth over £2,000. We were on a two-week holiday and had absolutely zero interest in taking anything from anyone. We found these accusations completely unfounded and frankly ridiculous.
During all of this, we made numerous phone calls and webchats to Airbnb, since that’s who we had booked through. Support was limited and we felt completely abandoned while trying to deal with an aggressive host and a booking platform that seemed unwilling or unable to intervene. In our experience, Your.Rentals provided no accessible customer support at all and no accountability.
Eventually, after a lot of back-and-forth with Airbnb and our bank, we did recover all of our money but it took far more time, stress and effort than any traveller should have to go through. The only positive was that we managed to rebook with the villa we had stayed in the year before, which was excellent and ultimately saved our trip.
Our warning to anyone considering booking a place where the host is Your.Rentals: think very carefully before trusting this company with your holiday. Based on our experience, we would never use them again and we strongly advise others to avoid them. Above is all true and this is what happened to us, just 3 hard working individuals on their one and only annual holiday. Would give no stars if we could. Avoid, avoid, avoid.
When we arrived back in the UK we tried to contact Your.Rentals numerous times, but no-one has responded. If after reading this, they give us a chance to make an official complaint to them about the individual within their organisation that did this, it will be welcomed.

There charges and fees are much higher than Airbnb. Their setup system is very complicated. There is no option to review guests or see reviews for guests arriving. The last guests that arrived to me from your.rentals did in excess of €1000 damage. I did not recieve one phone call of support. The claim process was lengthy and in the end they would only give 50% of claim. This is just tip of the iceberg. I would not touch this rental site.

This was my first PMS and moved as quickly as I could.
1) their support is atrocious. as a PMS that hooks into other offerings such as pricelabs, hosting into other sites etc., - when you reach out for support they dont bring all the parties into a single email and try help you. instead they will tell you what their way is and show no intent to fix
2) once i got out of your.rentals, i try to do my setup with bookng.com, find out that their listing via your.rentals is still there and contact the support team seeking the listing id so that your.rentals can remove it. the answer - dont worry we will get it resolved and they wont give me my own listing details.
my advice to you - if it cost you 100 dollars more, go with another PMS . these guys will treat you like crap, make your life miserable whilst taking money for every booking.
Update : 28-Jan
I call booking.com to see if the property listing that your.rentals put up that was blocking my own listing to be advertised causing me Losses for weeks with bookings that could be coming was NOT taken down . This was another lie where your.rentals told me that they are in touch with booking.com and that the listing will go away and they would not give me my own property’s booking.com id.
Again - RUN far from your.rentals . Worst service , you lose money while they dance on your grave.

I was struggling to sync my calendars, and the MyRental customer service representative spent over an hour patiently helping me resolve the issue. They were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and supportive throughout the process. I truly appreciate their time, patience, and dedication to making sure everything was set up correctly. Excellent service and highly recommended!

It is extremely difficult to reach anyone at Your.Rental, its only by email and it takes days before they reply. When we arrive we could not reach the person in charge to receive the keys, so I sent an email and they answered the next day with: Sorry to hear that, were you able to solve the issue!!!! I wrote them another message the first day of our stay regarding some issues with the rental and its been 8 days and no one responded to my email. Will not use them again, very disappointed.

Booked accommodation through booking.com but the host of the property was this company. Dealt with a chap called Nathan. On arriving at the property the condition was abysmal, filthy/grubby. The property was also falsely advertised as a detached. It was infact a Semi. I contacted Nathan straight away and left a voice message stating my disappointment. I also made several phone calls to booking.com. I was advised to send photo evidence to your.rentals resolution team. The resolutions team never responded. I received several messages from Nathan accusing me of staying at the property, despite sending evidence of booking alternative accommodation. He refused a refund and offered me £80! The total cost was £230! Do not book through this company. Filthy, grubby & mis-advertised property and they take zero accountability.

Avoid this company. They are totally unresponsive and dishonest. I booked a villa in Hua Hin Thailand at Your.Rentals.com. They only responded once out of 7 messages from me over 10 days, and their response was "we will get back to you". The worst was they cancelled our fully paid for €1, 600 villa at 2 hours notice, after my family of 4 travelled 10,000km to be there. Airbnb offered compensation, but not a peep, no apology, nothing from Your.Rentals.com. I recommend you never book with this company.
The reply below says it all: "We’d really appreciate the chance to look into what went wrong and take steps to rectify the situation". Really? Ummm, obviously you do not convince me.
It has taken Your.Rentals one week to realise that you shafted a paying customer? And you did nothing at all to rectify the situation? No offer of a hotel? No explanation of why you dis- honoured our contract? No offer of alternative accommodation? Did you even stop to think at Your.Rentals that a couple with 2 children were travelling from Germany to Thailand and had started their journey in a rental car to Hua Hin when you sent a cancellation email, just 2 hours before check-in? You had €1600 payment from me, a signed contract, how could this be ethical or acceptable?
Where was my family supposed to live for that week of our holiday? You cancelled at 2 hours notice. I lost 48 hours of my holiday scrambling to find alternative accommodation. Locals tell me that you most likely cancelled because Your.Rentals could rent out the villa to a long term customer, and so broke the contract with me to make more money.

We used your rentals in July and August for a 3 week holiday to Crete, on arrival we had no water for 3 days, so no washing, no toilet, no showers, contacted the agent that we thought was your rental, was told to check stop tap on the road, well long story short, over the 3 weeks we had 6 days without water and some days with reduced water pressure. Nothing was done, no help, no bottled water supplied, the agent was Greek.homes when we contacted your rentals when we were still there, they said we should have contacted them within the first 24hrs as the booking conformation said. We thought their agent was them as we had booked through them, we got a payment back for 2 days!!! And a company that hid behind using management firms to loose the responsibility. I paid with credit card, but them wouldn’t give anything back because it was the management company that let us down, not your rentals. Also if you have any dealings with George Lentaris from Greek.homes he is an absolute useless human being. Dont trust a thing he says!!!
After seeing your reply to this review, you still don’t take any responsibility to your customers. You may apologise, but that doesn’t make our ruined 3 week holiday any better, this was the first ever holiday with our family and 2 grandchildren. Hiding behind, it was George Lentaris at fault, and you had already paid him, even though we were still in the property.
I write reviews so other customers either have a great time or are aware that they need to do checks before booking.
