I received my order in perfect condition. Omar and Anas were super helpful, they came exactly at the time communicated and they called beforehand to confirm my presence. Theyre very polite, they took my sofa upstairs and unpacked it and took all the boxes and plastic in not time. Clean, fast, efficient - there is nothing more i would ask for :)

Worst customer service

Although I am satisfied with my purchase, the customer service has been one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. Nobody is responding to my messages regarding the broken chair I received. I have been waiting for over 5 hours and sent 4 messages, only to receive the same automated reply that an agent will contact me.

This is not the first time I’ve faced issues: on a previous occasion, the agent answered my initial message but completely ignored all my follow-up questions. Overall, this is simply poor service, with no alternative way to get in touch for support.

Lounge chair defective and no warranty

I bought a lounge chair for 400 Euro. During unpacking, and mounting the feet, it became clear that the armrest was loose. I went back to the store where I bought it, only to be directed to the online customer service.

They then simply said that it was not under warranty. They stated that I should have unpacked it and checked everything before I loaded into my car.

Essentially they tell you give them your money and then f*** off. This is the worst customer service I ever experienced.

Zoli is a scam. No refund yet

Zoli is a scam. I ordered a sofa and I paid everything in spot. When the delivery date came they brought me home a conpkerely different sofa. I did not accept that but regardless they left it at my place for several days. Those days I had to save a spot for their elevator to come pick back the sofa that they brought wrong.
After getting the sofa I was told that I will not be able to receive what I ordered. They simply did not have it and I will receive a refund in 14 days.
It has passed almost three months and I still have mot received my money. The customer care says it is talking to management. A total scam as the management has not responded to them like it is in another planet not the same company.
