Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!

I wish my son had seen these other reviews before ordering with these scam artists.

Order placed on 17 Dec, with tracking information apparently available through the Shop app. But the status in the Shop app has been "unknown" ever since, and repeated chases have just pointed him back at the Shop app for updates.

Will see if we can get his money back via the bank, but luckily it wasn't a huge amount so lesson learned.
