We were traveling in France when Vayama contacted us to tell us that Royal Air Maroc had cancelled our connection to Morocco. Despite 6 separate calls (international cell phone fortunately using Viber !!) where 6 different people told both my husband and myself that Royal Air Maroc had cancelled our flight and one had 1 flight per day 6 hours later, I went on the airlines website and found this to be a BOLD FACED LIE. When I called Royal Air Maroc -- they re-booked us on our flight. IMAGINE if I had not done my own research. We would have missed our tour or paid extra to change the flight as EVIL Vayama offered. When I asked to speak with a Vayama supervisor -- I was told I would need to hold on the phone for THREE HOURS. This is the WORST company I have encountered int he travel business.
