Still waiting for my order after six…

Still waiting for my order after six days despite the advert saying it would only take a couple of days for delivery. I have emailed the customer support numerous times with my customer order number and have had no response.

Food and drink was terrible

It was not jet2 we had the problem with . The flight and everything was A1 with Jet2as usual. but the hotel we went to the turunc premium was not the best we went for a week the village and the people were amazing .
But the food in the hotel was shocking and the staff 50 percent were miserable the hotel itself was stunning beautiful rooms and perfect location but the food was cold very repetitive and the drinks were not good at all the only one worth drinking was the beer efes

Well it started at Oldbury Arnold Clark…

Well it started at Oldbury Arnold Clark where I bought a Volkswagen Scirocco that turned out to be a bit of a lemo and had to return it for a full refund . I thought that it could happen to any dealership and they delt with it quite well returning the money after about 1.1/2 weeks.
So then about 6 months later I went and had a look at a a mini 2015 in black test drove it decided to buy it went back 5 days later to pick the vehicle up after it had a wheel painted and a service
Only to find the car tucked way in a corner against the wall which I thought was odd as they were trying to usher me into the car to drive it away but I insisted they pulled it out and I had a look around. The whole car on the passenger side had been scratched top to bottom front back they said they would try and polish it out but I decided not to have the car because of the deceitful way they tried to hide it
After about 12 months I found my self looking for another car
And unfortunately a car I wanted was at Arnold Clark Stoke .
So I called about the car they said come and have a look and test drive it the salesman who was called llama told me the vehicle had just come in and had not been prepped but failed to mention that the vehicle was in limp mode and would not rev over 3000 revs .
Wasted journey number one 66 miles so I was then told to leave a deposit and the car would be sold subject to a test drive.
I put £100 deposit to secure the vehicle it was left for around a week and I was told the car would be ready at 2 on the Thursday so on the Thursday at 2:30 i drove another 33 miles wasted journey number two I was informed that the car was in the workshop still and had to pressure valve sensors repaired or replaced and was not working so I returned home another 33 miles and asked for my deposit back I have now been waiting for almost two weeks for the money to be given back just lack of communication not keeping the customer informed I'm sure they have many happy customers unfortunately not this one

Shocking shocking shocking please read…

Shocking shocking shocking please read the terms and conditions I had breakdown cover on a car I then sold the car after 3 months I let the insurance run till renewal came then went on line to cancel it and then I was in formed that I have to pay £9.98 administration fee . Shame on you this is not good practice

The £9.98 administration is not the correct fee but i believe you reached out on our social channels and managed to resolve that.

Shocking... Don't go with talk t**ts

The most absolute shocking customer services I have ever ever had to deal with I had a problem with my broadband and was dealing with the problem over text It took 12 hours of texting and did not resolve my issue.
Then they tried to sell me more products. I dealt with about 5 different people. when I had had enough i asked to be put through to cancellations and was told I had to pay £60. excuse my language but stick it up your bottom . I was told not to swear so had to change it to bottom

Hassle free

I would recommend anyone to use ovo
When you call them up you don't have to wait they answer really quickly
UK-based call centre so it's not a premium rate phone number
And very helpful staff
