Work on the close out

The course and content was good. I still haven’t tested for certification but many in class were reporting struggles with test and need for additional prep. I can say that closing out the course work left a lot to be desired. Getting the last assignments graded and verifying I passed course took over 2 weeks, which was valuable time for me as I think most would want to test when the knowledge is fresh, and I started a new job by the time they got me the info I needed. So now I will have to refresh on knowledge, spend more money on practice tests and test prep and take time off from work to take the test.

No stone left unturned

Our instructor did an awesome job of completely preparing us for our ITIL certification exam. The course materials and her approach utilized various methods to help burn all these new concepts and processes into our memory banks. I did better than I thought I would so either I underestimate myself (okay, maybe a little!) or we were taught very well! Thanks for everything!!
